The most ridiculous thing is that the pillowcases and quilt covers actually have a big hole. This is not the case even in express hotels or B&Bs. Such a big hotel has such broken linen. I also informed the customer service as soon as I found out about it for a customer (for fear of deducting my deposit). This weekend was fully booked which showed some disappointments: - the kitchen staff and restaurant service personal was completely overwhelmed - the breakfast area was very crowded and very noise Unfortunately also the cleaning staff was very busy. Cigarettes leftovers in the room or on the floors were not wiped away. Also outside the Hotel the area full of entertainment: fireworks till late night, beach parties with karaoke sessions long after midnight. Sleeping nearly impossible. During daytime one of the most interesting activities was the Helicopter flight, every 5min 2 flybys next to the hotel kept the noise level very.
