WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

GGuest UserWe came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

YYunshizhuFacilities: Three-star hotel. Five-star facilities can meet almost any travel needs, and they are particularly user-friendly. There is background music when taking a bath. The children are interested in robot delivery and have arranged it several times.
Hygienic: The sanitary conditions are particularly good, I can't find any problems.
Environment: The environment is good, clean and tidy, and the stay gives people a feeling of going home.
Service: From the lobby manager, to the cleaning aunt, the five-star service is presented. The two beautiful women at the front desk, Tian and Duan, check in. Soon, the free provision of various drinks and snacks on the left side of the hall is really not comparable to other hotels. There will be afternoon fruit every afternoon.
In short, this trip to Xi'an Deluxe Hotel is the best experience.

DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

FFALtravelI had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try.

MmarkCertainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk.

YYuemingqiuloubaiWe arranged a northwest-facing corner room with a view of the Helan Mountains. The bathroom has double sinks and a dressing table. The shower water pressure is high and the water temperature is high, which is very healing for winter travel. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and you can taste local specialties such as sand onion egg rolls, mutton soup, and wolfberry jam. The gym has a lot of equipment, and the staff are attentive and take the initiative to introduce the location of drinking water and towels.

SSam / 山姆the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
