I woke up from the heat in the middle of the night and the hotel was unable to repair it. The maintenance man came into the room and turned on the air conditioner for about ten minutes, but it had no effect. He told me that the air conditioner was working normally. I contacted the front desk and was told that the room was full and could not be changed. After repeated communication, the general value manager asked us to endure it for a while. We were already close to heat stroke at that time, so we splashed cold water on our bodies to cool down. We communicated for more than an hour. Finally, after I suggested bringing ice cubes, the manager said that we would first arrange to send ice cubes to our room and discuss other issues in the morning. When I left the hotel the next day, the front desk didn't even say an apology, pretending not to know anything. Because I didn’t have a good rest the night before and was in a rush to catch up, I didn’t have the energy to continue the theory.
