KKim from SingaporeWe are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries.
USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring.
All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

台台灣娜娜The room was fully equipped with smart features, and although some of the devices were a bit clunky, it still made for a fantastic experience. The sound system was great, and the room itself was large and comfortable! The communal activity area even had a waterslide! While it was on the smaller side, even I, a 'big kid' at 168cm, had a blast on it. The ground-floor terrace pool was huge and wonderful, offering plenty of Instagrammable seating. There was even a separate smaller pool area! It's absolutely perfect for a family getaway with children, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you never have to worry about disturbing anyone. The in-room hot spring was superb! The tub was so spacious it felt like it could easily accommodate five people. The only minor downside was the bed, which was quite firm. However, for those who prefer a firm mattress, it's a major plus and a refreshing change from hotels that only feature soft beds.

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

The hotel also serves snacks and supper all day through. Great for families as there are kids room to keep the kids entertained.

BBenjo8This is the second time we’ve been to this hotel. We usually go to Yilan on the weekdays to avoid the weekend crowd. The hotel is nicely located with parking facilities. As the weather was cold, my infant and I enjoyed the warm communal hot spring. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we had enquires. A little surprised they didn’t offer hand soap in the room.
As it was raining, we wanted to try and have dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were told we had to go in before 7pm for last orders, but when we arrived there was one table, half the area was dimmed and no staff was visible. I waited for a few minutes and gave up and went nearby for dinner instead.
For the price and location it was great value for money. We will definitely come again. We usually go to Wellspring up the road, but they don’t have a big communal hot spring like Kilin, only a small hot pool on the roof top and it was raining whereas here they had roof cover. The carpet needs changing soon, and the sofa had stains on there. Otherwise it was still clean enough. A few extra drinks in the fridge would be great, as there was only a sports drink and a Coke for a twin room.

I would definitely come back for the hot spring again. There's also a market nearby for shopping…and lots of good food around.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Luodong Night Market. There's a *** across from the hotel, and nearby are some delicious stinky tofu and noodle restaurants. The room facilities are cozy and simply furnished, which is great for light travelers and offers good value for money. There's also a self check-in machine on the ground floor, which is quite convenient.
