The hotel environment is quite quiet and the sound insulation is good. Although the sound of the train can be heard, it does not affect my sleep. There are only 5 parking spaces, and the contract parking lot is a bit far away, which is inconvenient when it rains. There is a Chinese and Western breakfast bar, coffee and snack bar, which is very good! The bathtub is very comfortable for soaking in hot springs. The room equipment is a bit crowded, but it has everything it needs. It would be better if there was a small platform at the head of the bed (where glasses and mobile phones can be placed). The price of the hotel is still average.

The location is definitely worth five stars There is an open-air parking lot. After checking in, ask for the remote control to enter and exit. All rooms are equipped with hot spring water for bathing. There is lotion to wipe off after taking a bath, which is very considerate. There are Hezhong water dispensers in the corridors, but there are no bottled water in the rooms. The rooms are designed with high ceilings and have enough space.

Although parking is more troublesome, after all, it is very convenient to be close to Tangweigou Park. The reception staff was also very kind to help guide. The CP value is super high~~~ We lived very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable~ I asked if I used a branded mattress*** (avoid the suspicion of advertising, I don’t say any brand, I know that the sofa is very cool after living~ I don’t want to go out. There are cute cats in the store~ XD is too healing.

Not long before I checked in, I happened to see the report [The 2023 Taiwan’s Most Beautiful Hotel Selection was released, and ”Gamalan Star” won the double awards of ”The Most Beautiful Design Hotel” and ”The Most Beautiful Room” as a dark horse. ] After actually moving in, I really felt that I deserved it. The large bathtub, atomized glass, TOTO automatic toilet in the bathroom, the starry sky ceiling in the room, Samsung large-size TV, capsule coffee machine, etc., make you feel the hotel's thoughtfulness. Especially the price is not out of reach! I would like to see the starry sky in other rooms if I have the chance in the future.

Good hot spring hotel in the town of Jiaoxi. Eateries around the hotel. 7-11 just near the hotel. Good public hot spring baths. Comes with good breakfast daily. Room is modern design. Rooms come with their own hotspot bath facility. Good to destress after long travels in Taiwan.

When booking, the room type photos shown on Trip are for a quadruple room in the middle building. But before I actually checked in, I learned that it was not a building-in-a-floor room, which was a bit disappointing. But the housekeeper's service and the cleanliness of the room during check-in were both good. The bath supplies are also of high quality. But there are still some small regrets, staying in a quadruple room for three days and two nights 1. Only give two packs of toilet paper, 2. The small trash can in the room only has one garbage bag. 3. There is no 600cc mineral water that comes with ordinary accommodation. There is an electric kettle and bottled water, but the boiled water is unpalatable and tastes like rust. 4. If you open the curtains in the bathroom and toilet, you will be worried about the light, and if you close the curtains, the ventilation and view will be blocked.

This hotel may just barely pass the standard based on its room price. I must say that for the same price, there are several hotels in Yilan that are better than this in my mind. As far as service providers are concerned, service staff are used to saying no, no. This is a rule, rather than a service that touches people's hearts. The only thing that touched Hua Hu was that he helped us get our things when we checked in from the parking lot to the living room, but that was also after 3:30. Until then there was only one person at the front desk and no facilities were available. I don't blame these service staff. I think this should be the culture of this hotel, which is to try to do what you can and cannot do, or don't think about things outside the regulations, so as not to cause trouble for yourself. There is also the breakfast part of the hotel, which is really ordinary and can be eaten. If I want to praise, I must say that the room is really big. Compared with other rooms of the same price range, the lighting and bed size of this hotel are particularly large, which is very worthy of praise.

Room 1104 The Hotel location is great with plenty of local eateries within a stone throw away. On check in we got upgraded (which I didn’t know until the day of check out !). Room was quite modern and spacious with a relatively big bathroom and hot spring tub, and most importantly clean! Notably this was a 4 star rated hotel , but it was one of the first time that I was escorted up to my room by the front desk staff who kindly introduced us to the amenities services the hotel offered. I had my 18months year old toddler with me , so was restricted with venturing many of the things nearby . Hopefully, my wife and I took turns in using the communal hot spring pools which was small area , but spacious and clean . In the men section there is a small balcony with some plants hiding my modesty after a few minutes hot sauna and pool plunges . Breakfast was a choice of set menus with a small semi buffet choice which was sufficient. Restaurant was located on the top floor which a nice pleasant view of the surroundings but can imagine sunset time must be amazing . The restaurant staff were attentive and polite considering my little devil running around , but all the staff from front desk , cleaners, communal spa etc were super polite and helpful towards my family and baby . For the price we paid I think it’s as good as you can get in for a short drive from Taipei City for a strong 4 star hot spring with almost 5 star services and hospitality . If this hotel had a swimming pool and their hot spring water was little heavy with the sulphur it would’ve been perfect. However , we would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back next month ! This place has become one of my favourite hot spring places already and we’ve been to many around Taiwan . I generally prefer boutique hotels as I feel they pay more attention to details on ways of design and products used. My baby got on with all the staff there and she’s picky ! Looking forward to experiencing the newly opened hotel 7/19, the location is in the downtown area, it is very convenient to eat. Only the swimming pool is open, the SPA and the hot spring are still being renovated. The front desk staff asked a lot of things. In addition to the clean room, the mattress is very comfortable for the Sheraton brand. The breakfast was quite satisfactory and there was no Yilan local characteristics. Check out the next day and found that things were left in the hotel, and I didn't receive the hotel's active notification. Call the counter but no one found it, saying that it would take a long time to reply, and later said that the housekeeping had been found. Is the housekeeping cleaning not true, or is the front desk training insufficient?

I have been to Taipei many times, but this is my first time to Yilan. This time I will try to stay in a hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi for one night. Jingquan Hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Jiaoxi Station, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to Jiaoxi Transfer Station. There are convenience stores, Cosmed, and souvenir shops near the hotel. The hotel has a large bathing area, located on the top floor. It is boundless and you can enjoy the view of Jiaoxi while taking a bath. There are also fitness and yoga rooms. During Happy Hour, green tea, detox water, red and white wine🍷 and snacks are placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We booked an elegant king bed room. The room is so big. There is a wardrobe as soon as you enter. There is a cabinet next to it for a refrigerator, a water pot, a Japanese teapot, and tea cups. Tea bags, coffee bags, Pocari, Coke, and facial masks in the refrigerator are all given to guests for free. The double bed is so big that 3 people can sleep in it. There is a sofa next to the bed, which is big enough for one person to sleep on. Full of space and so comfortable. There is a water tank on the terrace of this room type, where you can take a bath🛁. There are some bamboos and a Japanese lamp next to it. Wearing the yukata and Japanese flip-flops provided by the hotel🩴, you can have a pseudo-Japanese trip. The toilet board is plugged in. It's warm and comfortable to sit on. The hotel provides guests with toothbrushes🪥, earplugs, soap🧼, makeup sponges, rubber bands, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer. If you need a shower cap or razor, you can get them at the front desk. The room rate includes breakfast for 2 people, which can be enjoyed at the Japanese restaurant Sanya in the hotel.
