I will highly recommend to stay at this hotel for family trip. The environment is good and the kids can feed the animals there and have DIY.

Great hotel for the kids. Lots of fun activities for them and animals on site but rooms abit dated.

但是床屬於軟的 不習慣的人 會睡不舒服

飯店入口位置指標不是很明確，服務櫃檯人員態度有點冷淡，其他部門人員服務良好。園內設施多元，適合親子同遊

飯店的服務不錯，和服體驗如果能再早一個小時的話應會不錯；房間隔音不太佳，電視螢幕在現在來說缺少了較大眾化的手機投射或內建YouTube；床頭櫃缺少插座，只有再一邊床邊有插座等。
