不想說什麼，為什麼打一般的評級呢？因為我跟我朋友並沒有去入住，當晚我申請了好幾次退款，因為到達宜昌被強制隔離無法入住，就是不給我們退。實在是沒有辦法，我另一個朋友訂的其他酒店聽到他被強制隔離就痛痛快快的退款，而他也是超時了，為什麼我們就不可以退？說明了情況，無法入住。沒有人情味可言。介入了人工說跟進跟進，一次又一次的拒絕。老闆真是冷漠呢。我跟前台哥打電話，他說這種事不歸他管，我們能找誰說。衹能申請退款，但是申請退款一次又一次的被拒。我搞不懂。這種情況屬實意料之外，如果不是形式所迫我們也不會不能如約入住。我太心痛我這失去的兩百多塊錢了。哪怕衹退一部分都行，可以收取一小部分的預約金，但不能全部都不退，我們住都沒住。如果我跟我朋友都沒有被退款我心裏也不會那麼不舒服，而是我另一個朋友訂的另一家酒店，聽說他被強制隔離，就給退了。這就是對比，這是兩家的格局差距。衹是心拔涼拔涼的。第一次來到這個城市衹覺得冰冷無情，風蕭蕭兮易水寒～

The homestay is located in a quiet villa area, with a good environment for walking dogs. This time I took my parents and the dog to travel by car through Yichang and chose this pet-friendly homestay. Because I missed the meal, the private restaurant next to it has closed. The owner of the hotel cooks the dumplings he made for us. It tastes great. In cold weather, you can eat hot and delicious dumplings after a long journey, and you feel warm both physically and mentally. The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom decoration is chic, because the weather is too cold, there is no chance to feel the bath and bathing function, the smart toilet is very good. The parking space is downstairs, the parking fee in the villa area is charged, and the parking fee is 9 yuan for 18 hours. Suitable for friends traveling with pets.

新酒店，設施齊全，車庫太臟應該是趕着開業還沒準備好，房間衞生，浴巾洗臉巾掉毛牙刷也掉毛。退房離開時發生了一件令人極不愉快的事。我們開車離開地庫時，由於地庫出口一側的升降桿在維修，酒店打開了入口一側的升降桿供車進出地庫，但酒店未考慮到入口一側左下方有一條很長的水泥墩，在低盤稍低的轎車駕駛艙裏上坡時是看不到這個水泥墩的屬於視野盲區，酒店進出口在左側，於是我們的車在出地庫左轉向時擦碰到了水泥墩，車胎輪轂都有損壞，這本來也不是一件大事，新酒店開業有不完善的地方很正常，於是我就去找到酒店前台告知了事情發生經過，前台小妹也很客氣，叫來了一個叫***的男員工和我一起去地庫入口查看狀況，這位楊姓員工吊兒郎當，聽我説完事發經過之後盡然推卸責任，説是我自己開車不注意，説他平時都開車進出地庫從來沒擦碰過這個水泥墩（我當時心裏一萬匹***奔騰而過，心想你天天在這裏工作熟悉路況知道避這個坑很正常，我一個住客能和你比？），於是我開始和他理論，過程非常叫人不愉快，我第一次這樣和一個陌生人發火，他一直在推卸責任説是我的問題，最後居然還説懷疑我是自己車和別人的車擦了在這裏訛他們😂，我簡直肝都要氣爆了。後來主管來了，和我瞭解了下情況，最後同意補償我補胎和修復輪轂的費用，一共300塊。麥當勞因為杯子設計不合理導致老太太燙髮到嘴賠償了近千萬美金，按照這位奇葩男子的邏輯就是老太太自己喝熱咖啡不小心把嘴燙傷了是她自己的問題。我本也不是宜昌人，這家酒店未來的好壞與我無關，但還是希望你們能做好員工培訓和管理，工作人員連最起碼的專業素養都沒有還談何服務。
