The reception desk was a little farther away from the guest room. When I went back to my room after lunch to check out, the door could not be opened. Fortunately, a waiter happened to come to our floor and helped. It is recommended to be more humane in the future. When the guest does not plan to renew the room, they can open the door without swiping the card before 1 o'clock when they return to the room after dinner. If you renew the room, you will naturally go to the reception desk to swipe your card and pay the fee.

We were upgraded in bigger rooms. the beds are large and comfy, the breakfrast is good although i don't recommend the orange juice. They have many different options for the breakfast toasts, cereals, eggs, sausages., bacon, rice, noodles, fruit and even salad. i enjoyed the corn bread. The rooms had a tea corner which was very cute and are modern. The shower gel and shampoo smelled.really good (from.essential oil). the corridors smelled.good with comfy carpet. A great find in Yichang ! if you have time, i recommend crossing the bridge and hiking in the park accross the hotel for wonderful views of the yangtze river.

The hotel environment is great, and the breakfast is also very good. The restaurant on the 39th floor allows you to have a panoramic view of the surrounding city. Originally, the above-ground parking space was tight, so we parked on the 3rd floor underground, but the elevator only went to the negative floor. Because I did I had a minor surgery and my right foot was inconvenient to climb stairs. After telling the hotel lobby manager, the hotel staff immediately arranged a parking space on the ground, especially the handsome guy 6018, who helped deliver the luggage. Because it was raining lightly, he also helped hold an umbrella, so he was busy. Finally, thank you very much. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend such a good hotel with good service. It is very convenient to eat and see a doctor (for toothache) nearby. Thank you, thank you. It was a very satisfying stay.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

First I want to tell the staff how much I appreciate them. I accidentally left my sling bag at the front desk, absent-mindedly, and they kept it safe till the next morning. This speaks volumes to the quality of the staff. Thank you so much! I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's really good here! It happened to be lucky to upgrade the room type, and it was very pleasant to stay for one night at 8011! Just stayed because the TV channel was not good, the staff immediately went upstairs to help fix it, the attitude was super kind, traveling alone to Yichang, here really feels like home! The sound insulation effect is very good, the surrounding consumption is also very convenient, the bedding is very clean, and the bathing conditions are also very good! When I finally left, I left the medicine I usually took in the hotel. I haven't remembered where I lost it. The hotel staff took the initiative to call me. The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.
