總枱服務很好。
房間設施一般，普通房間設施比較陳舊。被褥清潔乾爽。
噪音問題：靠食堂一邊住宿晚上外面鼓風機聲音太大關窗也不行，躺下噪音和耳朵有共鳴睡不了，晚上1點多打電話想換房間説沒有。次日換了一個普通標間外面空調有些噪音。
門縫很大隔音效果不好。
其他：廁所是透明玻璃，顯得房間大，但是廁所上下拉的窗簾不方便，每次上廁所要跑去關大窗簾。

位置絕佳，作為在學校看望孩子的住宿首選。設施一般，但乾淨整潔，就在校園裡麪，可以享受校園美景，並且旁邊就是職工餐廳，吃飯太方便了，味道很好品種很多價格很便宜，餐廳裏面還有麪館，味道也很贊，性價比太高了。以前住水悦城酒店，後來發現選擇接待中心更方便，更具性價比，更舒心。
