Some people are really rubbish.

The infrastructure in the corridors and rooms is relatively old. The supplies in the room are also poor. For breakfast, besides cabbage, there are noodles. The cabbage is half-cooked, and the noodles are bland and tasteless. There is a security handle at the entrance of the parking lot, and you are not allowed to enter. Only the lobby is decent.

每個月都要來宜昌出差，3間房2-3天，民生去年來過一次，這次來噁心至極。晚7點沒有車位不讓進，保安讓找前台，打前台電話説他們管不了讓找自己保安，踢皮球。最後説300米外有一個商場停車場他們出錢，我車停300米外去我住你這的意義在哪？等了20分鐘，説走了一個車，我們進去後衹需要看一眼就看到4個停車位，有一句假話被車撞。還有前台，實在不想做這份工作可以不做的，不要勉強自己，語氣態度跟家裡出了事一般，最後搞得客户不爽，你自己不爽，酒店的客户也丟了。一句話，停車位緊張（該樓不止一個酒店，還有餐廳和寫字樓），沒有服務業該有的態度，房間設施一般，想住的多三思。
