房間環境還行，服務質量差。訂的是兩張大床，供四人入住的家庭套房，卻標配兩套一次性用品，必須主動和前台溝通才能補齊。瓶裝水衹能限制兩瓶，説是規定。這家可以算是住過的各品牌不同檔次酒店中，服務態度最死板的。

前台凌晨四點打了五個電話問我入住沒有，然後就沒睡著了早上剛有睡意房間隔音很差又沒睡着。一次很差的體驗洗澡淋浴水會流到外面不知道店家有沒有注意。真的不太行

真不是我説我們第一晚住的，是你們這個價格最高的豪華套房，衞生差，設備舊，ok沒問題，因為沒房我可以接受，但我要洗澡的時候你們一個300多一晚的豪華套房，你們沒熱水且水小的要死這是什麼操作，而且洗手盆開水居然還有一股下水道的味道湧上來，弄酒店最起碼的熱水你們都不可以保證，你們弄什麼酒店？

環境差，設施老舊，房間燈光昏暗，工作人員相關服務也一般，來回因為預留訊息和是否續住等問題影響客户體驗，第一次聯繫不上，説是沒有預留電話，那麼後續是否提醒預留電話作為溝通的基礎，而不是一而再再而三的出現同樣的問題，整體體驗感極差。

過來旅遊然後在網上看了一下這個酒店還不錯，酒店大堂很寬敞很涼快，前台小姐姐也很熱情，問了一些地方她也很耐心的講給我們聽，酒店位置也很好，看得見外面的風景江邊，房間很乾凈整潔，確實讓人感到很舒服，下次要是還來這邊一定還住這個酒店

入住有些小插曲，在攜程上提前十天定了酒店，錢都扣了，臨到了酒店前台，説查不到辦理入住訊息，於是又反饋攜程客服協商了近四十分鐘，才給我辦理入住，説是因工作人員疏忽……不止一點點無語
🍃環境：環境還可以，設施比較老舊，晚上不太安靜
🧹衞生：衞生一般般
🚗 交通：交通還行，出行是打車比較多

客房阿姨非常有禮貌的打招呼，房間很寬敞，硬件設施新，沐浴露很香，毛巾浴巾潔白乾凈，房間有兩瓶免費的水，空調效果非常好，房間的燈光照明很到位，燈光明亮，洗手間也很乾凈，味道清香，房間有大窗户，採光充足，窗外風景非常不錯，地中海裝修風格很有特色，房間乾淨，衞生到位，躺在床上非常柔軟舒服，WIFI信號穩定，晚上睡覺也非常安靜，周邊吃飯非常方便，還有免費的自助洗衣房，很完美的一次入住，性價比非常高，值得推薦。
