到羊安出差，已經入住這家酒店多次了，房間是23年新開的，但是沒有裝修的味道，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，床品也舒服，熱水也快，房間有一股淡淡的梔子花香。服務員態度親切，特別表揚前台小陳，温柔可愛，辦事效率高，還很温馨的提示，出大廳有台階[強][強]

原本可以給好評的…可還沒到12點就被催退房…有些鬱悶…在回家路上又讓前台妹妹打電話追問有個撒子請勿打擾的門牌找不到了…真是鬱悶至極…動動腦子好不好…這樣的東東衹有你們服務員需要的…好意思打電話問客人…服務質量堪憂…勉強給個及格分…看在酒店早餐還不錯的麪..

服務很好！位置不錯，早餐也很棒！房間衞生很好。但電梯比較臟，不上檔次的廣告影響視覺！不能容忍的是柏曼品牌，居然有晚退房一分鐘扣20元錢的規定，第一次聽説！全球任何酒店都可以要求晚退一個小時的，這家居然有這規定？退房人多了怎麼辦？電梯慢了怎麼辦？沒想到還有這種垃圾品牌，永遠不會住柏曼了！建議攜程也取消和他們的合作吧，衹能會加劇矛盾或造成客人的不愉快！
