If you go out alone for a long time, there are many youth hostels to check in. I found this hotel in Kunlun Xidi when I was living in Kunlun in Huangshan Mountain! I wanted to take a rest after climbing Huangshan Mountain! Because it was the last two days of the short vacation, There are a lot less tourists in Xidi (compared to Hongcun, it is still crowded)! The youth hostel is located at the very back of the village. It is quiet and comfortable. The peach blossom wine brewed by the owner is very delicious. The decoration of the small courtyard is full of care! Many people come to Kunlun for the meal. We had dinner here (local chicken soup + The Spanish mackerel/wild mushroom dumplings are amazing), one lunch (the rice is very fragrant). Because I stayed in a single room on the second floor this time, the experience was very good. I have always felt that the single rooms in youth hostels are more comfortable than hotels. It does not affect your rest and you can chat with friends in the public area! There are many old friends in Kunlun who come to have a meal. It’s really chilling to drink and eat snacks and chat after dinner. If you are driving, the boss will use a small electric donkey to deliver it to the entrance of the village, which is a must-have! btw The resident singer at the Kunlun Bistro next to it is really like Hackberry. Compared with the ones in the downtown area, it has more flavor🎵

The environmental services are very good, but you need to change your shoes when going upstairs. Although I know it is because the wooden stairs are afraid of disturbing other residents when going up and down, can you change the plastic slippers into disposable ones or disinfect them? The friend who was traveling with me wore slippers for a while, and the instep of his foot became itchy. The skin was scratched because of the constant itching. At that time, he thought it was not a big problem. When he got home, he had small blisters. It looked very scary, and he didn't know if there was fungus. Infect.

Fortunately, I woke up in the middle of the night, otherwise it might have crawled on me. There was another one next to the bed, and there were one or two hitting the lights on the ceiling. I thought it would run away at dawn and I couldn't sleep. I was really afraid of falling on me😭. Later, I fell asleep again without holding on. When I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning, there was one on the quilt at my feet, one on the ground, and one on the bedside table. It was really scary. I always felt that they were not there when I fell asleep in the middle of the night. I don't know if I have crawled under the covers, and I feel allergic all over when I think of it. There is also no light on the washbasin in the room, and the light in the bathroom is very dim, making it impossible to put on makeup. Moreover, the mirror is very low. I am 172cm tall. I can’t see my head when I stand in front of the mirror. I have to squat half-squat and sit on the doorstep to watch. When I look in the mirror, I’m too short and it’s so uncomfortable😣 I originally wanted to stay in Xidi and have a good rest in peace and comfort, but I couldn't sleep well all night. I was always afraid of bugs and ran away early. It was so scary.

The toilet couldn't be flushed, and the water heater didn't have hot water, so I had to flush my feet with cold water. The sheets were not very clean. Subvert the good impression of Kunlun 😭
