本來是想去狼牙山轉轉後來看到這家酒店 看着不錯就打算入住 總體來説還🉑吧 就是這新開的房間就發現床單不乾淨 還有污漬 現讓服務員換的床單 拖鞋沒有一次性的 感覺不太乾淨 感覺這個價位 性價比不夠高 贈送早飯 早飯中規中矩還算説得過去 不過這個周邊景色挺好 有個小路能通右側山峯有小亭子 還不錯

床品上有破洞，而且不止一處，理由是用了很多年了～再三要求更換了，衞生間的毛巾浴巾貌似也很多年了，還好帶了壓縮毛巾和浴巾，小噴頭管子漏水嚴重，房間電話打不出去，衹能手機聯繫服務員

設施：
可以做接待，有會議中心，屋內的設施還算是挺齊全的，有電視，蚊香片，吹風機等等，電話衹是有個電話機沒有安裝，似乎沒有電話線接口。
衞生：
房間很乾凈，地面沒有垃圾，衞生間枱麪乾淨，床頭桌也沒有污漬。
環境：
酒店建築挺漂亮的，唯一的不足就是，沒有充電樁！這麼大的酒店沒有充電樁......底下的農家樂沒有充電樁就沒有了，這麼氣派的酒店也沒有，有點不可思議，難道全是開油車來的嗎？顯然不是。
服務：
服務態度這塊，我們房間少一條毛巾，我們和前台説了一下，前台就送上來了，但我們內部沒有溝通好，接毛巾的人沒要，以為我們沒要呢，但態度還是挺不錯的。
有個吐槽的點：
除了沒有充電樁，這個隨房的早餐也太次了吧，什麼都沒有，就是棒渣粥，連個牛奶都沒有，簡單幾個小菜，有個炸饅頭片，有個炒飯，有個雞蛋，有個饅頭，就完了，這明顯和這麼大的酒店是不匹配的，看來就是一個人10元的標準...

位置得天獨厚，就守着狼牙山的上山入口，酒店規模也出乎意料的大，硬件各方面都不錯，停車場也夠大很方便。五一高峯出行，房價應該是臨時漲了，但相比易水湖周邊酒店性價比還是高多了。節假日高峯出行建議頭天晚上入住酒店，第二天一早上山

設施：我們集體訂的貴賓樓，就是酒店C座，整棟樓基本衹有我們幾間入住，有種包樓的趕腳。
衞生：房間裏面還是比較乾淨整潔的，樓道也可以，電梯廳，步梯，大堂一般吧，貴賓樓一樓大堂也沒啥服務人員
環境：整體環境也對得起這個價格，餐廳就是家常菜吧，烤串是在烤串吧烤的，味道一般，大家慎重。
服務：可能受限於工作人員少的原因，基本沒啥服務，哈哈哈，不過在狼牙山景區，應該是設施和服務比較好的了，硬件還是不錯的。
希望中凱集團努力提升軟實力，加油！

這是酒店早餐，不説差不差，衹有鹹菜+雞蛋+粥+味道很糟糕的乾糧，我和孩子兩個人要爬山，拿了幾個雞蛋吃，被那個服務員追問幾個人，規定一個人衹能吃一個雞蛋，一副欠她錢的鬼樣子，大早晨的，真的很想抽她，想想算了，山溝裏的**，窮鄉僻壤一堆**，衹能説這裏窮到家了，素質盡現，***丟人啦😂，當然是不會再去啦，你們真的好丟臉唉～～
