The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up.
Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited.
Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

Sterling hotel was a very good choice of ours. The hospitality of the staff was very Good.Ezpecially Mr. Pratish was very co operative. He take care of our all needs towards business meeting in a very professional way. I would recommend others to come here . Thanks Anand

The candle light dinner was organized, excellently. The services rendered by Mr.Pradeep & Mr.Nayan was nice. We had nice trip and stay. Though this is our first experience in Yelagiri and hill station experience it is really memorable and joyous visit.

It was an excellent job by SPA Therapist Ms. Jemi. The Ambiance is was good. Books in the SPA are good. My husband also took the therapy. He told even the male therapist was excellent. The staff are also very supportive. Except the renovation in the restaurant and a bit noise next to our room everything was fine.

Excellent large rooms with very good food. Had a nice time with family. Good housekeeping staff and restaurant staff. They had been very helpful in assisting for any request. Had a chance to spend time playing indoor and outdoor games including the pool.Thank you and looking forward to visit again!!!

We visited yelagri Sterling hotel .Here spa and massage services were excellent. One who is visiting yellagiri must get this spa n massage services at Sterling Yelagiri. It was a Great Experience. Rates are also okayish. Cheers to Jemmy who was at my service. Thanks
