Hotel Paradis Palace

Paradise Palace hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in. It is beautifully decorated and kept very clean by the hard working staff. The staff are all very welcoming and will take the time to stop and chat with you to invite to take part in activities or just to make sure you're happy and enjoying your stay. Staff will come to you by the pool or at your seats to offer beverages regularly, one member of staff named Kafika in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience every time we visited, he prepared drink before we even sat down and decorated or table beautifully with flowers and napkins folded into a variety of patterns. The food in the restaurant is stunning, lots of variety and themes through the week. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean, the beach is also beautifully kept by the staff. There is a shop on site that is very reasonably priced and well stocked with anything you could want, with a large variety of options should you want to get gifts or keep sakes. There is also a spa on site, they offer a wide variety of treatments that left us feeling very relaxed and is more than reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning soon and bring more family with us.

The main conditions of the hotel is like you traveling in the time to 1990. Last week I stayed in this Hotel. In this hotel, their service is very bad. They did not give me enough benefits which I expected from them. In fact, there service is bad and the price is too much.

Stayed here at the beginning of October for a week. The pics look nothing like hotel looks full of green trees in the pics. However we was pleased having enough green back home! Hotel is meant to be 10 mins to old town and 10 mins to new town so we thought at least 2 nights we could get out but back in taxi after 10 mins at both as nothing to see. Plenty of food but was awful ended up buying food and drink from the shop and lived of that. Was both poorly. The only thing that was edible was the fried chips. Plus was as busy as the school canteen spesh at evenings. Check in was good and we was given a room pretty quick. Mostly stayed around the quiet pool and moved to the beach in the afternoon. The guys working here need to cheer up so miserable specially the older guy. Make it a happy place as well as a quiet place. WiFi was great worked pretty much everywhere including beach. Wouldn't stay here again due to the food paying all inclusive we barely ate or drank a thing so feel ripped off.

We have just arrived back today after a fantastic weeks stay here, it has been by far the best holiday and hotel we have been to, the food was fantastic breakfast lunch and dinner, the waiters everyday remember your drinks so you sit down and your drinks are waiting for you. Every time you enter the restaurant you are greeted with a huge smile at the door. If you want a relaxing holiday doing nothing then paradis palace is the place, HOWEVER if you want a full fun filled with activities then again paradis palace is the place. I would especially like to mention wissem, jambo, momo, faouzi, fifi, willy, ska and louae for being 100% on form day in and day out. The animation team really did make it the perfect holiday for us. They have every activity for you, from cooking traditional Tunisian dishes, aqua aerobics, archery, yoga, and Arabic lessons and so much more, you really won’t be bored if you don’t want to be. We will be coming back Thank you so much paradis palace we will see you next year 🥰🥰

I was travelling with family. My entire family had the time of their lives there. My youngest siblings had a great time with the fantastic animation team. The food was brilliant The service was great All staff are fantastic and caring I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for all age groups. A daily activities include: Archery Beach volleyball Beach football Boccia/ boules Darts Mini golf Yoga Water aerobics

10/10 For animation team hotel needs to do drinks with meals not just Breakfast. like tea or coffee with our meals there is facilities already there but covered up they should be uncovered and available to use and milkshakes available all day. non available anywhere at hotel and more variety at mealtimes even though food is good not enough variety same ole same ole every day we hope things improve as time goes by and learn for the future

Great stay and fun staff, very entertaining all inclusive Hotel. Interesting area to explore, very reasonable. Closed cash bias currency so be careful how much you exchange and double check the amount. Good choices of food and drink in the Restaurants. Worth a visit more than once.

First time in Tunisia, will definitely be back! This hotel has been amazing, the staff make it!! All the animation team work so hard all day to make it a holiday to remember! The food is lovely, rooms cleaned daily and comfy rooms.See you all again soon 🙂

Lovely hotel staff fantastic.fifi from the animation is great. Also Jambo to fantastic They need more plug sockets in room ..... ....... I want say something about the food it's not perfect to us (English people) Everything is good . The stuff/ the service/ the inside pool . special the animation team
