According to Tunisia’s location, architecture, and friendliness, the room is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The room is large and clean (I pay tribute to Faïza, the maid like a bee, and look at the cleanliness of the room And I thank her for the maintenance of the technicians, because they repaired the heating, they are very smiling and friendly, in addition to the Moorish cafe (I invited her as many as her colleagues), a group of young people also appeared in the animation. In the restaurant, the staff is the most helpful, and the dishes are varied, especially the ”Lemlaoui” dishes made by ladies. On the other hand, the windows of the rooms are very windy due to the lack of seams.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

Pros: Good size room, which was clean and comfortable. Porters, waiters and housekeeping very friendly. Great sea view. Small private beach Cons: Not 1 member of staff speaks fluent English. Which means you can't get any assistance. Hotel looks a bit tired. Pool area very dirty, cigarette butts, cotton buds etc around poolside. Most sunbeds have no cushions available. All inclusive is not worth the money, very limited drinks. I don't drink alcohol or soda, so had water all week as no juices or mixers. Food in restaurant not labelled so no idea what you were eating and noone to ask as noone speaks English. Avoid asking for a sea view as these rooms are all above the nightclub, which is supposed to finish at 2am but was still blaring til 3.30am most mornings. Food very samey, I'm not a fussy eater but struggled to stay 'excited' probably had 2 really good meals in 10 days. We were the only British people in the Hotel, mostly North African and clearly catered for them. We had 6 days in which the hotel/dining rooms were overrun with guests attending conferences. Would definitely not recommend for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend the Yasmine Hammamet area. Go to Sousse I hear it's great there ☺️

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

We came here for a family holiday in the Easter holidays and had a great time. There was alot closed around the area but the hotel made up for it. The rooms were huge and always kept very clean. The all inclusive buffet was nice with a variety of foods every day. Breakfast was particularly nice. The best part was the entertainment team. They always had something going on round the pool every day and lots to do in the evenings. All staff at the hotel were super friendly. We had a great time

It was our worst stay. The beds were torn and dirty, dust and dirt everywhere. There was mold in the bathroom. The toilet leaked, our air conditioner also leaked. The amateur repairman repaired it by turning it off, which was really great at 35 degrees. The behavior of the staff didn't help. They already wrote in the arrival forms that we are of Russian nationality, we are Czechs. We discovered this by accident while exchanging money at the reception. After the warning, there was zero apology, rather they were having fun with it, and on top of that, the annoying team of would-be animators shouted provocatively at us in Russian. Food disgusting. Small selection, no taste even if you have all-in, so drinks for breakfast are 2 chemical juices, 1 watermelon juice, 1 tap water. For lunch and dinner you have to ask for it, and the staff walks between you and pours when you want a second glass, they are annoying. 2dcl glasses and cups are ready for all drinks. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is not maintained and dirty. After finding the glass in the sand and alerting the staff, we were told ”it was a tsunami”. In the beach bar, you pay extra for everything except basic drinks. The pools were also not maintained. Avoid this hotel, it's a waste of money.
