Crystal Orange Yantai Binhai Square

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, and Suochengli. The room layout is well-designed, and it's clean. The hotel has its own parking, but it's a bit of a hassle to scan a code and register at the front desk every time you leave. Xiao Wu at the front desk and Sister Cong in the restaurant were very welcoming and provided service that made us feel right at home. Thank you!

After I got back to the hotel, I took a shower and felt itchy all over. I then discovered hair on the sheets, got huge bites on my body, and there were mosquitoes. After negotiating for a room change, I checked the new bed and found hair under the pillow again. They told me they would change the sheets for the night so I could rest, but the next day the hotel still hadn't resolved the issue. They even kept asking for good reviews on my phone, insisting that they might have just missed the hair during inspection. Is it just an oversight to find hair on the beds in two consecutive rooms? Or is their hygiene simply not up to standard? The front desk kept asking for good reviews throughout our communication, and the hotel management never showed up to address the problem. Who would dare to stay in a hotel like this?

The room was not clean. The sofa and curtains were very dirty, and there were many hidden dirty spots in the bathroom. I booked a family room with breakfast for two. Usually, when I bring my child to stay at Crystal (Hotel), the front desk would offer a free breakfast for the child. However, the front desk here asked me to sign up for a gold membership to get an extra breakfast, which makes no difference from me paying for it myself. The breakfast selection was very limited. I will not stay here again.

The location is excellent, right near Yantai Railway Station, and very close to Suochengli and Chaoyang Street, all within walking distance. The room was quite clean and well-ventilated, keeping it cool, and the pillows were very comfortable. I stayed on the 6th floor, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Jin, the housekeeper on the 6th floor. She was incredibly responsive to guest requests, proactively helped me with my heavy luggage, and had an exceptionally good service attitude, always with a smile. A big shout-out to Ms. Jin on the 6th floor!

Stayed for one night with my mom. It was clean and comfortable, and there's a mall right next to it. Not bad, the environment is great. The charging outlets even have USB and Type-C, which is super convenient for us foreigners! 👏

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Yantai's scenic spots. There are also many local specialty snacks downstairs. You can walk along the beach all the way, and the scenery is beautiful. It's definitely worth another visit.

Overall, it's pretty good.
