Wantong Holiday Inn Yantai (Yangma Island)

Excellent value for money, and the service staff were very friendly.

It's understandable that accommodation prices on the island are high during the National Day holiday, but at least a room priced over 350 yuan should be clean and hygienic. The room had an odor, the carpet was dirty, the mattress was uncomfortable with steel wires sticking out of the skin, and the bathroom had no window, but the exhaust fan had been replaced and was unusable, which is really incomprehensible. The hotel's location is rather awkward, being in a residential area rather than Houhai, so private cars can't drive to the Houhai area. It would be better to choose to stay in the city center. This is just my suggestion: either spend a little more money to choose a hotel located in the Houhai area (where you can walk and enjoy the scenery, and private cars can also drive there), or just stay in the city center.

The hotel boasts a prime location and convenient transportation, but its facilities are somewhat basic and outdated. During peak season, the price of 400-500 RMB is not worthwhile, while during off-season, the price of around 200 RMB is acceptable.

The room was quite spacious and reasonably clean. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall, it was better than expected. I also suggest that tourists don't rent electric bikes in the courtyard. This particular bike had a sign saying "No Leaving the Island," while other places allow it. There are many options near Tianma Square, mostly from well-known brands like Yadea.

The conditions were alright! It was a sea-view room, I think! It was quite quiet, perhaps because the guests were of high quality; it wasn't noisy at all. The service was excellent, especially the two lovely ladies at the front desk, who answered all our questions and tried their best to meet our needs—thank you! The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, it was a good experience; my daughter was quite satisfied. If we have the chance to come to Yangma Island again, we would definitely consider staying here again, hahaha 😁

The room was quite nice. I stayed one night. The location was close to tourist attractions, and there was free parking, which was convenient. The cleanliness was also acceptable, and breakfast for four people was provided.

The house is great, with a view of the sea from the window. Staying on the island makes it very convenient to go swimming. It's very close to the bathing beach and Jellyfish Beach, which is especially convenient. Breakfast is also provided, making it excellent value for money.

The hotel is a bit old, but its location is excellent, not far from the entrance/exit, which is very convenient. The service is also quite good. However, the facilities are rather dated. If you are traveling with young children and have high hygiene standards, you should reconsider.

Many things were broken, the hygiene was poor, and the floor drain didn't leak. Avoid this area.
