The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and gave me a small dessert upon check-in, which was so touching. The location is very convenient and fruits are delivered to the room. Ctrip can also check in in advance, which is convenient for us to store and organize when traveling. They also called in advance to note what time we would check in and reserved a room in advance.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

The hotel is located right on the beach. Very beautiful. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were nice but older furniture and carpets. There was only one electricity plug next to bed and it didn’t work. When we checked in and went to the room, the room keys wouldn’t work, so we had to go back down to the front desk, and they just assigned us to the room next door. The worst part was that the room was extremely warm, 28 Celsius! I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to “look” at it. But the AC was broken. Instead of putting us in a different room with a working AC, the hotel brought a swamp cooler to our room. The swamp cooler was extremely loud, but it did cool the room down for the night. But the next day, the room was hot and we checked out early because we simply were not enjoying ourselves. We also wanted to order room service, but the hotel didn’t have the items in the menu available that we wanted :(. I ordered a hamburger, but it was gross. There are many nice hotels to stay at in Yantai. The Sheraton used to be one of them…

It is very convenient to park at the door. It is close to the beach. The boss also prepares toys for the children, which can be looped and played. The most important thing is that the sheets and quilts are very clean and they are changed every day. It is very good for adults and children to interact with each other in the ring. It is close to the seaside. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Penglai seaside by riding a shared bicycle. You can also visit a night market and a variety of food when you ride to Baolong. I originally wanted to book it in Baolong, but the surrounding prices are high. It is close to Oral Fort and it is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, so I finally booked it here. The same room saved nearly 100 yuan.

excellent hotel. at european standard. the room was a bit too hot at 31°5 and small window was condamned. but we turned off the AC and let the corridor door opened 2 hours and it was manageable. bathroom is great, the bath tub is large enough for 2. the staff is helpfull. the breakfast buffet is enough with western standards available (but the restaurant is a bit cold in morning). the little window on the side had a partial view on the sea. i will definitively stay there next time. with IHG

My girlfriend and I had such a good time here for one night. It is very close to the beach with a breath-taking view and we enjoyed the breakfirst served here. I really enjoyed jogging as it is right next to the running path.

My kids wanted to live in a treehouse. After reading the reviews, I arrived at the hotel without much expectation. After checking in, I became more and more amazed as I walked in. Every glance was a surprise. I commend the front desk friends for their thoughtfulness and meticulousness. It’s hard to leave Penglai because of love. Knight Hotel will Brush again
