GGuest UserThe hotel was strategically located near the attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and smart controlled. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, cozy, and well designed, with the brand’s signature literary theme adding a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet at night, and the heating worked well—important for Yanji’s cold weather. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and easy to use.

GGuest UserWe ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didn’t help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didn’t approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didn’t intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied. The decoration is very new and high-end, and the bed was very comfortable! There is also a large bathtub, which is a great experience! I recommend everyone to try it once. The hygiene standards are very high!

GGuest UserWalkable to shui shang shi chang (about 5-10mins). Also walking distance to the wang hong qiang (probably about 10-15mins? We chose to take cab due to the cold weather). The amenities are of high quality, sensor toilet bowl and toilet lightings. It will be good if the hotel provides self service laundry. The room is very spacious, especially with the tatami area which we didn’t utilize at all haha

GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new, spotless and tidy everywhere. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful! It happened to be my birthday on our first day, and they gave us a surprise gift – so delightful! And seeing that we were a family of three, they upgraded us to a family room! So many pleasant surprises! They even brought us bottled water via robot whenever we needed it. This is a hotel that combines professionalism, cleanliness, warmth, and thoughtfulness! I suggest adding shelves in the bathroom.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very near to water market. The front counter service was good too. Because we need to run to next location and no time for breakfast, she let us pack some food from the buffer section. If you want to go to wet market, go early so that it is not over crowded.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location, close to most of the attractions, and have bus stop very close. The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 people. Only thing that might suprise people is that the rooms look like the communist 1980s room. The breakfast had a variety of foods.
