#衞生衞生整潔#服務民宿，#位置交通稍微偏點，不過打的也就20幾元，可以接受。#房間設施還不錯，中規中矩的民宿，有洗衣機，配洗衣粉，洗衣液，可惜後面才發現，沒用上。價格很美好，其他的酒店都1-2000元了，這邊才200多。

房間達到一般民宿標準，衞生環境都還好，位置在北大夜市門口，挺方便。不過房間在五樓，沒有電梯，樓道也沒有燈。幸虧沒拿什麼很重的行李。但是很適合朋友一起玩，全屋智能也做的非常好。

整體我是不滿意的首先地址都不是定位的這裏，我到了目的地一克拉公館那個電梯需要刷卡才能上樓給商家打了電話她説是另外一個地方安排了司機給送過去我心想既然態度還不錯那就算了吧到了目的地離原一克拉公館距離有4.5公里我看着他送了我我也算了結果是一個小區裏面的步梯房頂樓要爬七層樓我另着兩大箱行李上下花了二十分鐘終於進了屋子問客服空調遙控器在哪裡她的回答是窗户打開通風就行了聊天記錄我已上傳基本配置都沒有延吉中午還是挺熱的最後我在冰箱後面找到了電扇你們不怕熱的這家酒店還是有電扇吹的但是客服也沒告訴我有電扇的事情是我自己找到的。除了開車把我送到目的地沒有其他服務峯值體驗我感覺我每次問她都不是及時回覆都要過很久直到我今天説退房客服才回復了一個收到，説多了挺委屈的避雷吧！#房間設施空調沒有遙控器需要爬樓#位置交通離延邊大學很遠這個位置在北大#服務除了第一天司機送了我沒有任何服務

首先我是提前了十幾天定的房，我直接到她訂單上的位置，打電話給她告訴她房間型號，她説是不是剛剛給你改的房型，我説我沒説要改啊，然後我又説了一遍房型，説沒有找到我的訂單，後面找到了訂單又説這個房型不做了，叫我取消訂單。我就生氣了，取消訂單我去哪找住的，然後讓她給我找房，後面叫我們打車過去，主要是她下午四點四十多才打掃好衞生讓我們入住，然後第二天中午一點半沒等我們回來她就進房間打掃衞生催我們收拾東西走。她給我們找的那個房應該是個短租屋，裏面還有很多私人物品，住的沒一點安全感，就很奇怪。總之這是我這次旅途中遇到最不開心的事。
