I asked her how much it would cost to upgrade because it was too troublesome. She told me to cancel it on the platform and she would give me the previous price, so I did so. Two days later, I carefully checked on Ctrip and found that the room I stayed in was the same as the exquisite king-size room. I went down to ask the front desk and she replied that the difference between the exquisite room and the superior room is the difference between a shady bed and a light bed. Hey~ I think this answer is really creative. If you spend more time treating your customers truly well, without cheating or playing word games, you will run your hotel better. Finally, I complained to the platform and asked them to refund the so-called price difference of 144 yuan. I can refuse this little money, but I hope you don't treat customers as xx. PS: When I complained to the platform, I went downstairs and told the front desk first. Then they felt guilty and reduced the superior king-size room. Hey, can you see the difference?

A very good and highly recommended hotel. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very warm. It is located opposite the Korean-style floating market. There are many Korean snacks in the Longmart Supermarket next to the floating market (Figure 1). Adults and children are very excited to see snacks they have never seen before 😄The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from Yanbian University and the Internet celebrity wall (Figure 6). There are all kinds of Korean specialty restaurants around the hotel, such as ginseng chicken soup and bibimbap. When checking out, they also gave Korean-style cold noodles as a souvenir, which is really great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is very comfortable, good for taking photos, and has complete facilities and equipment. The location is very good. The floating market is just outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere! The entire room is smart and you can watch various TVs for free! The brand Green Orange Hotel is doing particularly well! Very clean! The service is also very good! The price is also very affordable! All in all, very satisfied! Worth recommending!
