Lavande Hotel (Yanji Xizhan Wanda Plaza)

The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza and there are many places to eat around. It’s not far by car to go to the Internet Celebrity Wall and the West Market. Because we are driving by ourselves, if we want to complain about the above-ground parking lot, we have to be informed by the front desk, and then the front desk will lift the lever. I am speechless! The hotel should be newly renovated. The room smelled very loud. The air purifier in the room was very loud. I wanted to leave it on all the time, but it really disturbed my sleep! The water in the shower room is not very flush, but the cleanliness of the room is acceptable. I really don’t want to say anything for a room fee of more than 700 per night!

The hotel is very new, but the room decoration is very tasteful. There was hair from the previous guest on the shower wall. When the toilet flushes, it sprays everywhere. If you want extra spare parts, you need to go downstairs and get them yourself. The watermelon for breakfast was sour. You have to ask the waitress for the yogurt before you give it to her. With a room fee of more than 1,000 yuan, you don’t have to hide all the yogurt, right? All in all very speechless!

This hotel is a complete failure: 1. I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and the high-speed railway station, but the taxi drivers in Yanji have a bad attitude. They are unwilling to pick up passengers because it is too close. There are few buses nearby, which makes it difficult to travel; 2. The hotel has just been renovated and has not been inspected yet. There is a strong decoration smell. The room where customers stay is by the river. It takes a long time to walk from the front desk, and it takes a lot of time to go back and forth every day; 3. The anti-theft lock of the room I stayed in was broken. I didn’t find it until I went back to lock the door at night. But the room phone line was not connected, and I couldn’t get through to the front desk with my mobile phone. I had to change my clothes and run a long way to the front desk. After the front desk came to see it, they just blamed the decoration for not being done well, and didn’t take the initiative to change the room. I said that other hotels are fine, but your guest room is so far away from the front desk. No one can find any random person who walks in. How can you let me feel at ease? (Compared to the previous situation I encountered when checking into a hotel in another city, the front desk lady immediately said that it was unsafe for me to live alone and I had to change rooms. I told the front desk gentleman first, and the gentleman thought why I had to lock the door when sleeping, and it didn’t matter whether it was locked or not). Remind sisters that if they encounter similar situations, they should talk to female staff. ** Journalists generally lack empathy; 4. When changing rooms, I was given a worse room than the previous one. I went to the front desk to talk again, and then I was given a suite. I took the spread luggage one by one to another room, which took an hour. Because it was raining heavily, the original plan to go to Changbai Mountain the next day had to be changed. The time at night was very tight. I went to bed at 1 o'clock in the morning, which seriously affected my rest; 5. Although it is a chain brand, the room of nearly 600 per night in such a small city is too high. It is not even in the central area, and even just renovated, there are still many defects. Even the chain hotels of the same level in Shenyang have an average price of only 400 per night, and Shanghai is only more than 500 per night. It can only be said that people are too eager for quick success and want to reap the benefits of an internet celebrity city, but Yanji itself is still relatively backward and isolated, with underdeveloped transportation and service awareness. It is a bit overrated as a tourist internet celebrity city.

這次整體感受非常好，因為是親子，前台給貼心安排了四樓的房間，很安靜。一進門發現有空氣凈化器，好感up。整體智能化程度比較高，舒適度也不錯，還主動發送了周邊餐飲等推薦單，特別實用。這是除了出差外第一次入住麗楓，整體體驗五顆星，點贊。

我住的是雙床房，前台給升級了高級雙床315房間，房間設施完善，裝修很新，衞生乾淨，住起來非常舒服，空間也很大。特別提一下酒店的服務人員，服務意識很好，進出大堂都會和你親切的打招呼，而且有問題他們會積極的幫你解決問題。我住了三天，感覺很温馨，體驗很好。推薦來延吉玩兒住這裏，門口打車到網紅牆起步價5塊錢就去了。 （ps.房間裏的即熱型燒水器比傳統酒店的燒水壺好用很多，温度可調，出水快，也不用擔心衞生問題，這個對喜歡喝温水和泡茶的人來説超加分。）
