酒店在大運河附近，離東關街何園都很近，酒店設施很好，經理和前台小燕子非常熱情，看着我帶着父母三人直接給升級了家庭房，媽媽坐輪椅酒店師傅幫忙直接送到房間，真是很暖心，酒店還可以免費租借漢服，穿着漢服去瘦西湖拍了一天照，非常推薦！

房間很大，前台升級了房間，地理位置很好，樓下就是必吃榜的必香居，每天的早飯就在這裏解決，味道好還實惠。出門50米就是古運河航道，離皮市街何園很近，走走就能到，酒店乾濕分離，床和枕頭都很舒服，服務也很到位，還有機器人服務，旅遊的最後一站，完美。

酒店位置很好，去皮市街東關街步行也就10-20分鐘，酒店下面就是茶樓水果店之類很方便，房間不大但佈局合理，，乾淨整潔，，五件套和電吹風都有，衞生間乾濕分離，出水很大，水温穩定，服務人員主動給我們打招呼，不是那種機械式的，態度很熱情，耐心給我們介紹周邊的景點，路線等等，客房有機器人服務，挺先進，適合商務，旅遊入住，值得推薦
