The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. The environment is excellent and the facilities are relatively complete. It is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. However, there is only one shower head, and it is positioned low, so people over 1.8 meters tall need to squat to shower.

The so-called "zero-pressure Dream Lily mattress"—just look at the pictures! They add a foam pad and call that zero pressure. I slept in it all night and my whole body ached; my pillow was killing me. This morning I asked the front desk, and they confirmed they gave me a room with a "zero-pressure Dream Lily mattress," and they were so sure, saying every room has that mattress. I showed them a picture, and then they just went silent. Do they think no one else has ever stayed in a "zero-pressure" room? They're treating people like dirt! And Ctrip, don't you do offline verification? Just because they send you a video doesn't mean it's real! I'm speechless.
