The hotel service was excellent, with great attention to detail at every step. They were particularly efficient in resolving any issues. The management was responsible, and the staff were warm, attentive, and friendly. The shuttle service was very well-organized, demonstrating excellent management, and it was both personalized and comfortable.

Superb hotel, made our trip in Yangzhou much more memorable and pleasant. The hotel’s grounds is beautiful and peaceful, our garden view family room is spacious and has a very good layout for three adults. We also had a lovely lake view. Breakfast is surprisingly better than most reviews rated— fresh and good variety. All the staffs are super friendly and professional, especially Mr. Mattew Ma and Miss Wang. We will definitely return.

It’s such a stunning hotel! The best location for visiting Yangzhou. We had two rooms, one was for our two teenagers. We all had a fantastic time. The restaurant on the first floor was delicious! Customer service was excellent. The compound was simply breathtaking. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The exterior environment is top-notch. The room facilities are comprehensive, but completely impractical and the space isn't generous enough. On May 2nd, I checked in around 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready until almost 4 PM. Then, the air conditioning didn't work at night, making it too hot to sleep. The breakfast also doesn't live up to five-star hotel standards. Overall, for this price, the experience was truly terrible!

The Hongqiaofang Hotel is part of the Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel, but its facilities are quite average. Paying 2000 a night during a holiday is definitely not worth the price. You should book Building 18 in advance, it's only three years old. For the Quyuan morning tea, you have to line up by 6 AM, otherwise, you won't get a spot until noon. It's really better not to travel during holidays. The advantage of staying at the Xiyuan Hotel is its proximity to Slender West Lake and all the food options nearby. The environment is absolutely stunning. The beautiful scenery of Liuting under the rain gives off a charming Jiangnan misty rain vibe. It's perfect for a vacation. You should come when it's less crowded to fully enjoy the tranquility. Building 11 is older, and the hygiene is really just so-so. I even found an uncleaned razor.

The environment is amazing, and the location is absolutely perfect. Building 11 isn't old at all. The only downsides are that the room was a bit small and the breakfast options were very limited, which doesn't really live up to its star rating. On the bright side, it's a great spot for travel photography.

The best part is the location. The hotel is part of the 瘦西湖景区。 the landscape of the hotel itself is beautiful. Especially in the morning, taking a walk inside the hotel premises is very pleasant and peaceful. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Service is very good. The shuttle bus to take you to the 趣园茶社 is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The environment is elegant, quiet, and surrounded by lush trees, lawns, and a river. The location is superb, very close to the city center and Slender West Lake. The in-house dining is top-notch; the Quyuan morning tea lives up to its reputation, and the Ju restaurant's cooking is excellent. Building 8 has the most central location, Building 18 is very new and refined, and Building 11 offers great value for money, even including hot springs and a travel photoshoot. The family rooms are also quite good.

This is my second time here, and I was upgraded to a corner room. It's much more spacious and even has a view of the courtyard, which I'm very happy with. Great value for money, excellent service, and a convenient location.

I stayed in Building 11, and the front desk staff was so kind and patient, even upgrading my room. The hot springs were great too. This hotel is a classic Jiangnan garden-style property, right next to Slender West Lake, with beautiful scenery at every turn. It's definitely a top choice for a relaxing vacation in Yangzhou and worth experiencing.

The room was incredibly spacious! They even provided complimentary fruits, chocolates, Yangzhou University yogurt, and a small gift. There were plenty of activities each day, and the service was excellent.

We had a truly enjoyable stay. For this trip before the ***** New Year, we booked a suite in Building 11. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Since we were traveling as a family, we appreciated the complimentary extra bed. We also received three free hot spring tickets. Yangzhou State Guesthouse boasts several Black Pearl restaurants. If you're coming to Yangzhou, a stay at the Yangzhou State Guesthouse is an absolute must.

The room was cozy and fully equipped. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I stayed at the Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel for 7 consecutive days this time. The front desk staff communicated effortlessly and tried their best to accommodate all requests. Yangzhou is a great city for a vacation, and next time I'm in Yangzhou, this will be my only choice.
