The hotel's front desk service was very warm and attentive, and the cleaning staff were also very polite. The room facilities were quite good. I was too busy to have breakfast, but there are many convenient dining options nearby, and it's a quick trip to the station. A top choice for business travelers!

The hotel entrance from the outside is quite unassuming, but the lobby, hallways, and room environments inside are absolutely superb. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The parking lot is large and convenient. There's a good variety for breakfast, and it's not far from Slender West Lake.

Amenities: I loved the chair and table by the window, perfect for doing makeup or having a late-night snack. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors. The sheets and duvet covers were free of any suspicious hairs or lint, and the bathroom was also very clean, with no water stains. Service: The lady at the front desk was lovely; her voice was so pleasant and gentle. Before we left, she even gave us some nougat candy as a parting gift. I'll definitely stay at Orange Crystal again the next time I visit Yangzhou!
