The front desk clerk has no smile and no sense of service
It was raining, and the security guard wouldn't let the car drive through the gate. He said there was no parking space. He repeatedly said he would only let me in without parking, but he didn't let me in. Reluctantly, we got off the car on the main road and rushed into the hotel in the rain. Bad review!
