外觀是有點農家樂的感覺。有大廳有麻將。房間還可以，符合心理預期。設施也還可以。衞生也可以。老闆愛種花，樓下有顆紅豆杉，結了很多紅豆。還有一人高的芍葯……

房間很乾凈，院子裏有少量停車位，服務很好。
位置離古鎮中心區有幾百米距離，比較安靜，吃飯也很方便。就是千萬不要去中心區的大飯店吃飯，價格高菜量少且不好吃。

酒店公共區域和房間每天都進行了清掃，保持了乾淨整潔。酒店地處古鎮新區邊上，由於古鎮本就不大，到鎮中心也不遠，十多分鐘的步行路程，反而顯得酒店環境清I靜安全。老闆娘很熱情，跟我們介紹古鎮及長青景區的景點、行程、景區交通車乘車情況，如有需要還可在酒店安排團攴。我們離店返程時，還為車上的長者準備瓶裝飲用水和煮雞蛋。

房間還可以靠近景區，就是有點吵，中午太熱景區下來休息一下，房間還是比較乾淨整潔的，該有的設施也比較齊全。

在古鎮邊緣，比古鎮內安靜，鎮子不大，走百餘米就有眾多餐廳，吃飯方便。到店時有團隊，比較忙，老闆娘給升級了房間，又引導院內停好車，很是細緻。房間陳設較簡陋，追該有的都有，也還乾淨。小鎮夜景還不錯∽

停車方便，老闆人也很熱情，可以給小孩提供粥，老闆自己家做的。就是房間設施有點舊了，但在華陽算是不錯的選擇了。
