房間優雅舒適、安靜；前台小姐姐服務周到，有免費時令水果，非常美味。離著名的西街及千古情都很近，酒店還有電動自行車可以騎，順着十里畫廊一路可以歡快的玩耍！也可以去灕江旅遊山玩水。

一家性價比超高的客棧，離西街很近，騎小電車6分鐘左右就到了，價格比西街和十里畫廊客棧實惠多了，很適合拖家帶口入住。一樓大廳還有個鞦韆架，小朋友坐在上面盪鞦韆愜意極啦。
每天都有入住水果盤，西瓜很甜，橙子也很好吃😋
大床房空間很大，我和女兒住超級舒服；店家在前台備有洗衣液，樓上有晾衣服的陽台，每天出行回來的臭衣服可以快速洗完晾到樓頂，很方便。
下次有機會來會首選他們家繼續住。

優點：有歡迎水果，前台小姐姐很温柔很熱情。
不足：與圖片差距太大，圖像假的，無陽台，對面大部分是馬路和建築，沒什麼好看的。衞生差，設施差。特別是洗澡房，設計得一點都不合理，看起來也很臟，那塊簾子整得像廉價出租房，廁所捲紙太小，像擦嘴的。洗個澡，水全流進房間，腳一踩地板全濕了，排水系統沒用。搞不懂洗手池為什麼放外面，還和床放一塊。洗手池就那麼一丁點大，洗個衣服水全濺出來。沙發上還有上個客人留下的不明物體，一看房間就沒打掃，桌上都是灰，床單不知道換了沒有，150一晚實在不值，怕皮膚過敏，住了一晚趕緊換了。整體感覺就是沒有用心經營這家酒店，徒有這麼美的名字

訂的親子間是居然沒有陽台的，前台的解釋説是雙人標間才帶有陽台！？？？原來他們是把所有房間的照片混合一起發在詳情裏面的。衞生間的環境好差好差！洗手枱是在外面的，裏面就簡單地拿塊布把坐廁和花灑隔開就算了，而且那布還有一邊是爛掉的！真的體驗感非常差。哪怕服務還可以，但硬件設施那差麼差，相信不會有回頭客的。還是好好改善一下硬件設施吧。一晚上150多，不能説性價比低，衹能説是完全沒有性價比可言。不建議入住，真心不建議！！要是想踩雷的可以體驗一下😂
