Great hospitality and feel like home.
Reception staff Miss Emily was so attentive and concern throughout our 3d2n stay.
Housekeeping staff room 306 and 307 were so kind to clean our dirty casing luggage voluntarily and leave us a note.
Restaurant foods were delicious
Overall, this is a hotel with excellent service.

This was my first visit to Guilin.The hotel was located on west street and very convenient to find . I was greeted by Maya at the front desk who did my check-in. She was very helpful.The room was amazing , very beautiful, very clean and exactly shown as in the pictures. The view of the mountains was very nice.All the amenities in the room were first class.The breakfast they serve was having wide variety of food.I must say all the staff there at the hotel was very very helpful and good. I was really impressed by the services provided by Maya and her colleagues.She also helped me to book tickets to various attractions . Overall the trip was amazing and hotel was great place to stay in.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the view was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Emily spoke English and helped us figure out some things during our stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel was pretty good as well

The room was beautiful with a great view. Emily at reception was super helpful. Our room was really hot at night and the hotel had not started cooling yet but they made an exception for us and allowed us to use the cooling feature of the AC. They provided all showering gels- shampoo conditioner body wash and lotions. The beds were perfectly soft and not too hard. The western food upstairs was good and they had a spa in the hotel. Short walk to west street. They prepared the car to take to the airport which was the same price as Didi (not upcharged) so leaving was very easy. Emily gave us a gift from Guilin when we left. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The best of the hotel is Emily, she couldn’t help us more. Really friendly and her service was 5 stars! The room is quite nice, very clean and the hotel has a good vibe. The gym is a little bit old and don’t expect too much, but the view is amazing. The food in the rooftop is quite nice, the breakfast simple. You can eat something outside. The big problem is people are smoking everywhere, even in the lifts.

This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Emily who helped us with a recommendation, as well as organising transport. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area

So happy we found this hotel on Trip.com. The location is perfect, just next to the Li river, not far from the city center, which makes a nice evening walk to the heart of Yangshuo. Not to mention the very kind and helpful staff, great Chinese restaurant in the lobby and cozy terrace bar on the 4th floor. We also booked two different massages in the hotel’s spa, which turned out to be a cherry on top of our stay. Would definitely recommend!
