The service was very good. The front desk lady and the boss lady were very enthusiastic. The location was also good. It was not far from every attraction and very convenient. Although the twin room I booked was on the 2nd floor, it had a front mountain view, which was very beautiful. It happened to rain a little during the days I was there, and I didn't want to go out of the room. It was so comfortable that I stayed for 2 more nights

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful view. There are no obstructions, the room is large and clean, the floor-to-ceiling windows are amazing, the front desk lady is also very nice, the service is great, the bamboo chicken is also delicious, highly recommended!!!

It happens that there is an oil tea party on March 3! The hotel is located opposite the Jima Wharf of Yulong River. The location is super good. I took my son to walk across the field to take a bamboo raft. It took 5 minutes, haha! The navigation showed that it was 20 minutes to walk! The time was short, and I could take my son to experience the pastoral style again. I also took a beautiful picture of the hotel! You don’t need to worry about noise when living here. There is no sound at night. It is super comfortable! There was another situation when I wanted to extend my stay. Even if the room was full, the proprietress helped to communicate without saying a word. Thank you! I will stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is uniquely designed in the style of a European castle, with a garden in front of the door and a rooftop swimming pool! I couldn't stop taking photos! The facilities are complete and there is an elevator! The panoramic restaurant on the 6th floor has a beautiful view and the dishes taste great! The service is also very good. Every hotel staff I met was warm and thoughtful, responsive, and solved our problems as soon as possible! The Castle Hotel deserves a full five points!

The room is very spacious and clean. The boss upgraded me to a room with a good view for free. I saw the Yulong River when I woke up in the morning. The quiet countryside was in full bloom in spring. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and light. The breakfast auntie was still very enthusiastic to make breakfast even though it was past the breakfast time. I give a big thumbs up to the auntie. There is a tea table in the public area for self-service tea making. It is spacious and bright. I will stay in the castle next time.
