Fantastic view with its gorgeous balcony. Perfect for couples who are looking for a getaway! Service is beyond amazing with great help from the staff. They are absolutely helpful. Can’t wait to come back here next time for our trip. Room is unbelievably spacious and clean. Had a hard time saying goodbye. 🌼

Spent here 1 day , must say that location not so good . Hotel located on the riverside but in living neighborhood.
Room was clean and big with to bath tubes and balcony.

I’m super glad I found this place, located on the other side of the river - not the super touristy side but only a short 5 minute ferry ride across the river, it’s a lot more peaceful and relaxing than the hustle and bustle of the other side.
The hotel itself is well styled with modern amenities, our room even had a bathtub facing the mountains, speaking of which the view is breathtaking !
Breakfast noodles are delicious, the concierge also gave us his home made chilli sauce which was equally delicious.
The service is impeccable, with the staff happy to fulfil all my requests, they are all super friendly.
If I had one complaint it’s that I didn’t get to stay there longer … would stay again 10/10

This hotel is located in an excellent location sitting right next to the river. The scenery is stunning from the balcony. Although the hotel is located on the opposite site of the river from the town (West Street), you can get a boat across the river from 8am until 5pm costing 2 Yuan per person. Very easy and convenient. The staff are also lovely and very helpful. They helped us and gave us lots of useful information. The rooms are nice. The bathroom was more spacious than the bedroom strangely, but still the bedroom wasn't tiny. Definitely worth staying here for a few nights if you like balcony views and nice scenery.

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is pleasant and around 20/30 walk from the center of town. This was perfect for me but May not be ideal for many.
Room was on the 5th floor with no lift. Again ok for me but could be challenging for young children or the
less physically able

The hotel is ok to stay one night. The front desk is very helpful. However, you need to be aware that this istyle of hotel s more like staying at a guest house.
Downtown is a little far away and you need to take the ferry over the river and at night a taxi back.

An entire small building was booked. The first floor is the lobby, where a group of us had a great time eating and playing cards. The rooms on each floor are large and have small living rooms. It is very convenient to take a small ferry to West Street in front of the hotel. All attraction tickets are booked at the hotel. Much cheaper than the platform. The hotel also helped to buy fireworks, find a chartered bus for airport transfer and daily rental of scooters. The service attitude is very good. Breakfast is a must-eat rice noodles, toast, omelette and yogurt when visiting Guilin. In short, because the hotel's service was very good, we had a very fulfilling and happy time.
