Guilin Yangshuo West Street City Center Atour Hotel

The room was nice, and the service, as always, was attentive. Unfortunately, traveling during the National Day holiday, a thousand yuan per night wasn't very budget-friendly. Due to the rain and severe traffic jams in Yangshuo, we couldn't go out to explore, which was a real shame.

The location is excellent, right next to West Street, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. The entire building belongs to Atour, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area – it's not noisy at all. They also have their own parking lot, which is a big plus. There's a really nice hair salon downstairs too, which is great. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. Special shout-out to客服水禾 for their excellent service. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I had a very pleasant stay and wanted to leave a great review! Xiao Shui was incredibly courteous and polite, and the service was proactive, making me feel very comfortable. The room had excellent ventilation, was bright and airy without any stuffiness, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. Overall, the value for money was fantastic, and the breakfast was particularly good with great service. I'll definitely be back!

Every stay at this hotel has been a great experience! Each time I check in, Shui Huan always greets me warmly, and the service quality is consistently excellent. The rooms are regularly maintained and cleaned, spotless and odor-free, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, feeling familiar and reassuring, making it my go-to choice for travel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. What stood out the most was the attention to detail in the rooms at Atour Hotel. The small desktop trash can, the temperature control on the electric kettle, the three types of cups, the ample supply of bottled water, and the sleep aids were all superior to many hotels in the same category. My only minor complaint was that during peak hours, there might not have been enough front desk staff. However, they made up for it with appropriate compensation, which ultimately enhanced my overall satisfaction. The overall experience was excellent.

The front desk service was excellent, and the water amenities were great. The hotel environment is fantastic. We extended our stay and are very satisfied. It's awesome, and we'll definitely come back often. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and it's very close to West Street with beautiful scenery. Extremely satisfied, just wonderful!

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from the Longtoushan Pier where the boat tours depart. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and getting a taxi is easy. While West Street is lively, Atour is located on a side street, so it's not noisy at all. Right across the street on Rongyin Road, there's a morning market with stalls, and many people eat at the snack shops. The room, bedding, and everything else were very comfortable. The reusable cup was really handy for taking coffee or tea to go! 👍 The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of options, and the late-night congee service was a thoughtful touch. The sixth floor has an observation deck where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the karst peaks!

I booked this hotel based on its reputation and was not disappointed at all! The front desk staff, Shui Huan, was kind and gentle, and explained the check-in process clearly and thoroughly, saving a lot of hassle. The room was well-ventilated, with no damp or strange odors, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. Both the service and the facilities are top-notch, making it worth a return visit.

No need to even mention Atour, it's always my top choice for travel. The room service, environment, and breakfast are all excellent. As my friend said, it feels like home, haha... Plus, it only opened this year, so it's very new. It was fully booked, and there was a delay when we checked in, but we weren't in a rush. We left our luggage at the front desk and went out to explore. The front desk even gave us some snacks, hats, and two breakfast vouchers, which was very thoughtful. I'm very satisfied with how they handled everything. Thumbs up!
