There was a Chinese person—I'm not sure if they were the owner or an employee—who was incredibly unfriendly and extremely unpleasant. I had been using Trip.com without any issues, but this person has completely ruined my trust in them. The thought of having to pay my own money to stay there was horrifying, and I was shocked that such an owner and employee even exist. Absolutely the worst! I will never go anywhere near this place again.
