我就直接點説吧，衹是個人的觀點。我是暑假週末去的，房價5**比平時貴200左右吧，其實升價也能理解的，但是5百多住這民宿就覺得不值。首先説説地理位置，交通出入就必須開車，但也是3公里以內的路程。如果住珍珠灣旁邊的民宿就比較方便一下樓就是珍珠灣沙灘，價錢差不多，我下次住肯定會選珍珠灣旁邊的民宿，晚上也比較熱鬧。民宿有廚房的，但給錢才能用，用完又要自己搞衞生，個人建議如果幾個人的，去大排檔加工還好，加工費也就一百來塊，你租個廚房都50了，省心不用麻煩。吃完還可以在海堤散步。（大排檔指的是海堤旁邊的）買海鮮可以在碼頭或市場，感覺市場還便宜一點。這家民宿優點應該就是比較安靜吧。老闆也沒有評論説的那麼熱情。畢竟是民宿要求不要太高。在環境和設施方面加大點投入估計也是不錯的
