酒店位置還是比較優越，正門臨主街有很多海鮮店，後門就是沙灘。 海陵島真心不建議大家去，物價已經達到了趕英超美，海鮮價格不在三亞之下。圖中的花蝦及藍尾蝦是頭一天在萬尾金灘農貿市場買的40元一斤，第二同樣的蝦在海陵島閘坡農貿市場盡然賣138元一斤，嚇得我轉身就走。真的是沒有對比就沒有傷害，所以當晚隨便找了一家酒店入住。第2天，馬上離開。

乾淨衞生，每次來海陵島玩，都是首選他家酒店住。

如果這酒店是400價位，那麼必須滿分；如果500價位可以4.6-4.7，如果600價位可以4.3-4.4分，但是我是700的價位的話，最多就4.1-4.2分了. 優點： 1、好停車、 2、離步行街近、離購物地方近 （總結位置不錯，停車方便）； 3、樓下的餐廳團購還不錯，如果住店不團購也可以8.8折。/ 4、樓層矮，所以電梯基本上不用等； 缺點： 1、所謂的海景房沒有陽台，衹能隔着玻璃看海。 2、廁所太小了，馬桶太小了； 3、沖涼房太小了，人都轉不過來； 4、樓層矮了一點，基本上看不到什麼海； 5、價位稍微有一點虛高； 總結：這個價位還是適合住高層的大型的酒店；
