有升級成一房一廳的大床房，衞生一般，有些細節沒有弄乾凈，不過相對附近而言，算乾淨的了！房間有黴味！空調效果一般。前台接待語氣有點不好！那裡基本上都是接待的一些旅遊團，晚上還是比較安靜的！不過不建議酒店訂在保利，那裡沒啥好玩的，人又少，吃東西的地方也不多，也不好吃！！！

好的方面和差的方面都讓人印象深刻！這是我對這家酒店的客觀評價。差的方面：1.按金久催不退，各種理由搪塞，最後不得不借助同程旅行客服介入，離店5、6天才追回按金。説實話，現在還有幾家酒店在收按金？酒店有什麼設施值得我拿走？2.小區停車貴。停一晚30封頂。3.晚上風大，一定要把進户的柵門門栓拉上，否則一邊耳朵是呼呼的大風，一邊是哐哐的敲打聲。好的方面：1.視野開闊，一眼往下望，風景還是不錯！2.位置好。離銀灘近，離口碑好的海鮮店也近。3.雙床1.5米夠寬。

就是一個公寓小區，基本談不上服務，住在這裏，就像回家了一樣，還不錯，但是停車要收費哦，吃飯的話最好是去大角灣那邊，這邊物價跟那邊快差一倍了，可能是我們吃的這家貴一點吧，3個點了5個菜，花了398，還沒吃飽😂

環境：比較可以。距離海邊比較近，房間也比較大，性價比很高，沒想到這個價格就能住距離海還算比較近的海景房。下次來海陵島應該還會住這裏

#好評#對位置，鄰近餐廳，鄰近店舖，防治蚊蟲措施，安全性，房間佈局滿意；前面是高尔夫场，往前是一排民宿，再往前就是海边沙滩。晚上安静，不错。
