房間非常新，漂亮，在小區裏面，傢俱設備都很新，裝修風格ins風。環境很舒適，前台小帥哥很熱情，很耐心答覆各種遊玩諮詢，有什麼需要能提供的都會提供，如果自駕遊選擇這裏真的不錯，小區裏面停車收費20元封頂，小區路邊上也可以免費停放，過夜也行不收費。海景看日出不錯，樓下就是海邊。前往馬尾島也非常方便超近，還有免費非常乾淨珍珠白沙灘網紅打卡夜攤~nice

前台小姐姐非常貼心，提供了詳細的遊玩攻略，樓下就是一片一大沙灘非常乾淨，沙子也好細，躺在床直觀海景就很哇塞😍，乾淨凈整結，衞生非常乾淨，坐在陽台看着一片大海景也很治癒，非常滿意這次遊玩，祝店家生意興隆！

房間整體很新，很乾凈，設備也很齊，有泡茶壺，有冰箱洗衣機，陽台正好看見馬尾島的入口，可以看夕陽景色，可以看海看漁船，這次房間非常滿意，必須五星好評。
惟一的缺點就是，看夕陽，陽台有點西曬悶熱的感覺。
一出小區門口有電動車出租，電單車去哪都很方便，可以去魚排吃海鮮，也可以去閘坡吃各種宵夜，夜市非常繁華熱鬧。

房間非常乾淨整潔，前台帥氣小哥服務態度也挺好的。第二次過來，和朋友一起來的。房間佈局不錯。有免費乾淨海灘，可以躺在沙灘曬太陽，也能盡情的體驗海邊娛樂項目。
還可以去趕海，房間陽台直觀馬尾島日出日落[太陽]。在陽台看着大海吹吹海風，真的是很浪漫的事情。這家店挺好的。值得推薦。

這間店位置離馬尾島非常近，下樓就是海邊，還有珍珠白沙灘 北洛祕境夜市攤，免費進入沙灘非常乾淨，附近趕海也方便，環境相當不錯，前台小哥貼心服務，非常耐心有問必答！這次家人們出行總體非常滿意。🉑推薦

這家海景公寓位置好找周邊玩遊景點都很方便比較近，旁邊還有菜市場，小吃一條街都很不錯。小區環境也相當好，房間也特乾淨温馨，還給免費升級精緻全海景房型尤其是這個陽台風格賊喜歡💞。有洗衣機，冰箱，洗衣液，一次性馬桶墊 一次性洗漱用品 樣樣齊全。照片和現實版完全相符一樣。下次來海陵島還要住這，希望一直保持乾淨舒適，也希望去住的遊客保護好壞境愛乾淨講衞生😄😄值得推薦入住這家海景公寓期待感絕對滿滿的！！

交通非常便利，樓下停車有免費的，房間挺乾淨衞生，住的很舒服，沒有一點異味，性價比超高，下樓步行一下就到度假區專屬私人海灘，海邊棧道，北洛祕境懸崖泳池，前台小哥很細心，也很熱情，方方面面處理得很到位，下次還定這裏！！！😃
