JI Hotel (Yancheng High-Speed Railway Station Baolong Square)

Decided to bring my parents to Yancheng on a whim. This all-season hotel is in a great location, very close to the high-speed rail station, directly across from Baolong Plaza, and also near Shuijie (Water Street), making evening strolls very convenient. It's only a few kilometers by car to the Sea Salt Museum and Zhulin Grand Hotel. The room is spacious, and both twin beds are large, perfect for a family trip with plenty of space for luggage. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. It's also very convenient for self-driving, with its own parking lot next door and charging stations available. The gym and laundry room are both accessible. Overall, great value for money! In the morning, we even walked to the neighboring community to buy some famous egg pancakes. All in all, we were very satisfied.

I highly recommend this Ji Hotel! It has a minimalist, oriental style that instantly brings a sense of calm and relaxation the moment you walk in. The guest rooms are well-lit, and every detail is clean and odor-free. The latex pillows offer excellent comfort. The smart voice control for lights and curtains is very convenient to use. The staff are gentle and polite, and they proactively helped me store my luggage. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries and hot congee. The hotel's location is convenient for both getting around and finding food. The soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out external noise, and the 24-hour laundry room is incredibly practical. It's perfect for both tourism and short stays, offering a comforting and therapeutic experience. Definitely worth returning to repeatedly.

Highlights: 1. It was raining when I arrived in Yancheng, but the hotel staff warmly welcomed me upon entering. I received a plate of freshly washed welcome fruit and was assigned a quiet and tidy room. 2. The dedicated parking lot is a blessing for self-driving tourists. 3. The hotel's shuttle service is also excellent. 4. It's very close to nearby attractions, making dining and getting around very convenient. Suggestions: 1. I recommend adding green vegetables (leafy greens) to the breakfast menu or offering boiled green vegetables at the noodle station. More than one person asked about green vegetables, and it seems wasteful to order a whole bowl of noodles just to get some. 2. I suggest adding floor drain mats in the bathrooms to prevent odors from escaping when the pipes dry out.

The lady at the front desk was lovely. The room was super spacious, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. The facilities and environment are pretty good. It's really close to Baolong Plaza, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment.

We brought our child to the Chinese Milu Park and Huanghai Forest Resort. The hotel was very clean and hygienic. The front desk staff had excellent service and even provided baby slippers and toiletries.
