Located in the heart of white town, the property is exceptional. The warmth of the staff and attention to detail are excellent. We had a pleasant stay. The inhouse restaurant serves great quality food. We were pleasantly mind blown! We would definitely come back and even won't hesitate booking an property from the same hotelier without a second thought.

Reception = 10/10 Cleaning (Neatness) = 10/10 Hot water = 10/10 Safety = 10/10 Laundry = 9/10 Service = 9/10 Watchmen = 9/10 Parking = 8/10 Wifi = 9/10 NOTE : If you are visiting to puducherry ,u may choose this hotel.This hotel will satisfy you (10/10). If you need any type of food ,just ask at reception they will suggest you. If you are a tourist of this puducherry, ask at reception they will guide u , without wasting of your time. When am leaving this hotel, Am very thankful to the Owner of this Signature Inn. To add on, the location of the hotel is very apt to go any places in pondicherry and its very few steps from Main Bus stand. Iam so satisfied for the stay and will surely recommend my friends and family. Finally ;Thank you Signature Inn...:-)

We stayed in Ginger Pondicherry in Dec First week. We had booked for 2 nights and check-in time was 2 PM. We reached the hotel by 9 AM and was planning to keep the bags at reception and roam around till room becomes available. To my surprise, the staff handed me room key :-) Our return bus was in the evening, so checked for late checkout. It was available for 25% of room charge. At the time of checkout they surprised me again and did not charge for the late checkout. Room was a bit small, but clean and neat. Again the staff suggested to go for twin room as it will have more space than double room. Breakfast was good with very good vegetarian options (We are veg). Coffee was really good. The seating area is well maintained with paintings of all the places in Pondicherry. Special thanks to Ginger hotel staff Febroina, Uraj and Raj for making our stay wonderful.

I recently went to Pondicherry and booked a suite with them, thinking its really a suite(2 bedrooms) and it costed me 50k for 2 nights ***** with my parents. After booking i just called them and tried to confirm the booking upon which they mentioned that there is only one bathroom in the suite. What a disappointment it was but still as we already made up our mind we decided to go ahead thinking the bathroom would be common and can be used by 4 adults (me, my wife, and my parents). We did not know there is another surprise waiting for us. Upon reaching we found that the only bathroom was inside one bedroom and for the people in the other bedroom, it was impossible to access if the room is closed from inside. My parents were hesitant using the bathroom in the night with me and my wife in the bedroom with the bathroom. When we talked to the hotel staff and asked why this detail was not mentioned on the website , they said we don't mention these details on the website. I replied that the website has even the towel which is given mentioned , why not this detail? After paying 50k for 2 nights, my parents had to go to a floor above in the night for the bathroom. What a terrible experience it had been. Super overpriced rooms (they charge like 5star hotel) with below average facilities (i have been to ***y 5 stars hotel with less price). Below average food, not a single other facility except a swimming pool on the roof which no one can use because it's so hot. Pathetic, terrible , horrifying experience. Please don't think that the customers are fools. You put the suite up for booking when the de***d is high so that you can fool the customers who doesn't have enough details and get as much as money from them. Before you call it a suite , go and check how suite looks like. You may have made some money by cheating me, but will loose enough if someone reads this message and decide to not go with you. Have some sense, these tricks doesn't work now a days.
