In my opinion, good service can make any other problems seem trivial. The young men and women of the Mehmood Hotel in Yan'an provided me service above and beyond what should be expected. On arrival after a long day of travel, the lovely Miss Li gave me a refreshing drink while the young men checked me in. Miss Li then escorted me to my room. The room has everything you would need, and more, including some laundry soap and even hair gel! In the evening they offered supper (hun dun) which was a nice touch. Miss Li noticed me limping a little, so she went and got some medicinal spray for me. It is these extra touches that make a huge difference, I really wished I could have stayed longer. Oh, and the breakfast is very filling and tasty - the hostesses and kitchen staff also did an outstanding job. I wish every hotel tried to offer such personal service.

I stayed here with a few colleagues once in June, and this time I came to Yan'an again with my friends and family during the summer vacation, and chose Shiyao Hotel again without hesitation. After living here, the family of friends and the children liked it very much. After all, the family of friends and the children had never seen the appearance of a cave dwelling. They stayed in a cave hotel to experience the style of a homestay in northern Shaanxi. The hotel is within walking distance from the former site of the Yangjialing Revolution. In addition, the Yangjialing parking lot is small and there are too many tourist vehicles, so we simply parked the car at the hotel and walked to the former site. The hotel has a large free parking lot, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is not far from Zaoyuan and Yan'an Memorial Hall by car. It is especially recommended to stay.

I have been to a lot of hotels, but I didn't expect this hotel in Yan'an to be really cost-effective. Before arriving at the store, the manager had already asked the check-in staff if there were any elderly people with children, and thoughtfully sent a small gift in the room, and prepared a child's toothbrush for the children. When you go out and encounter considerate service, you will feel happier throughout the journey. Next time I have a chance to come to the Holy Land of Revolution, I will definitely visit here again.

Secondly, the children’s playground has almost everything they want to play on weekdays, which greatly meets their play needs. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning and found that there is a small hill behind the hotel. You can also climb a small hill for a walk after breakfast. The most touching thing is that the service staff in the VIP building, Sister Wu Caixia, is very good at service. Even though she is a lady, she is busy pulling boxes, delivering slippers and running errands, but she does not fail to provide five-star services👍 At the end, before checking out, the children were given handmade paper-cuts, which was really warm🤩. As soon as the car left the parking lot, they ran over and gave them a few bottles of water, saying that it was too hot to quench their thirst on the way🌹🤤 To be honest, after staying in hotels for so many years, the service in many five-star hotels is not as good as hers👍. I feel that the people in northern Shaanxi are so welcoming😁 Recommend it to all my classmates and friends, and also recommend that my colleagues in Yan'an choose this hotel for team building in the future. If you can't, please avoid lightning, I will give a pertinent evaluation. TVs can't be watched and need to pay. Of course, young people don't watch much now, but if you want to watch, think about it. The hot water in the bath was very poor. I stayed for a few days and it was basically cold water. Fortunately, I stayed in summer and winter. I would freeze to death. There were many holes in the bath towels, and I had not changed them. There were no towels. Shampoo shower gel ~ I gave two bags on the day of check-in, and the amount of the two of us a day. After cleaning, of course, I didn't change these things. The hair dryer can hot air out quickly. There is no hot water in the washbasin, it is not that it can't flow out, it is not connected. Two disposable water cups were given. Drinking water has not been provided. I don't know if it is we have no or no. The quilt cover is OK, but the inner core is not evaluated by itself, maybe every house is different. The sheets are generally clean. The sanitation has really not been cleaned, so the things that should be changed have not been changed. When we left, the garbage was piled outside the trash can. Mainly because my society didn't want to trouble the store, my fault.

The front desk was welcoming and the cleaning was very clean. Although occasionally the sound of external cars passing by the street, the internal accommodation is still relatively quiet. The bath water on the first day was not too hot, and the water temperature on the second day was OK. The most important thing is very close to Yan'an Railway Station. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk. From the hotel, you can see the mountain view and the train station. Generally, you can pick up the door for a day trip. Overall it is satisfactory.

The breakfast is rich and amazing. The food is clean and tastes good! The location of the hotel is very good, there is a parking lot next to Yan'an Railway Station. We especially want to praise the beauty Li Zhe at the front desk. She treats the guests with enthusiasm like family members. The service is excellent. We are 70-year-olds, and there happened to be a lot of people in meetings when we checked in. Li Zhe was still very patient. I served us, and we were very moved. When we asked her name, she said she should do it without saying anything. Later, I asked other staff members and found out that she is the manager of the front desk. I am especially grateful to the leaders of your hotel for cultivating such Excellent leader, we will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And Li Zhe kept her promise. When we checked in, we only had a room near the elevator entrance. She said she would change it for me if there was a good room. warm. The waiters on the floor are also very enthusiastic and provide good service. It is really a very good hotel, clean and the room has no peculiar smell.
