I stayed here to ski. I made a reservation online, and I requested a change in the number of people in the reservation site's message box. However, when I arrived, I was yelled at, "I don't have time to check reservation sites like that." I politely asked, "What should I do in that situation?" and they replied, "Just cancel and rebook!" I asked, "If I cancel my reservation, isn't there a chance I won't be able to rebook?" They yelled, "We're a cheap hotel, so if you have a problem, you should stay somewhere more luxurious!" It may have been cheap until last year, but this year the price had increased by 1.5 times, which honestly surprised me. The meals seemed more luxurious than last year's. I've been there every year, so I'll think about it next time. Last year, I was scolded on a different day. Please do not enter unless you have a 4WD. Did they miss the sign that said they'll be picked up? Apparently, a couple who arrived in a regular rental car were unable to leave, and it's possible that they were at fault for not reading the warning.
