Fujisan Garden Hotel

Located near Lake Yamanaka, this hotel seems to be a popular choice for tour groups. The service was friendly, but the breakfast quality could be improved. You can take a pleasant walk along Lake Yamanaka right from the hotel. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji.

The hotel's hot spring experience exceeded our expectations. The second floor features a spacious indoor public bath, along with an open-air cypress bath. The fresh air and the relaxing soak truly soothed our travel fatigue. There's also a sauna, and all facilities are well-maintained. The changing rooms were clean and tidy. Our room was particularly spacious. The front desk staff were gentle, warm, and helpful. Communication was smooth, and they even proactively recommended nearby sights. The hotel also offers a free, huge parking lot that can accommodate both private cars and large buses, so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking at all. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for couples and families. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Lake Yamanaka!

This hotel is right by Lake Yamanaka. After checking in around 4 PM, I took a walk along the lakeside path and found some amazing spots for photos – the views were absolutely stunning! The room was very spacious and clean. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money!

The advantage was that the room was spacious, with plenty of room! The entire room and bathroom were clean and tidy! The downside was that the young Japanese staff member at the breakfast restaurant was extremely rude. He stood there glaring at us, practically forcing us to leave the restaurant by 9 AM! Honestly, I understand needing to leave on time, but this staff member didn't understand that guests don't constantly check their watches while eating breakfast! Our table was completely cleared except for a coffee paper cup, and we hadn't even gotten up to leave yet when that staff member rudely announced that they were closing, then glared at us fiercely! Absolutely terrible attitude! On another note, most of the hotel staff are Indian foreign employees, so there were no issues with English communication!

The rooms are spacious, and the lobby restaurant is bright, clean, and tidy. There's also an outdoor hot spring pool. Lake Yamanaka is just a short walk from the hotel. The air and environment are fresh, and the scenery is beautiful.

This time we were on a self-driving trip. There were 4 of us, and we rented 2 rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the front desk staff were extremely polite. It took about 25 minutes to drive to eat. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The views are beautiful, it offers great value for money, and the service is warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Mount Fuji!
