Clean rooms , super delicious breakfast! Also near a few Cherry blossom spots

Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating with motorcycle parking near the entrance. The public bath and breakfast facilities were very clean.

The staff's service felt very heartfelt, and I had a pleasant stay right up to the end. Thank you for your hospitality. The room itself was spacious, with a large and sturdy table and chairs, and the TV was well-placed, allowing me to relax comfortably. Many other hotels have much smaller rooms, don't they? The art panels on the wall, featuring beige and brown tones, were also very calming to look at. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, perhaps due to the snowy conditions and my heavy luggage, the walk from Yahaba Station felt longer than 15 minutes. (On the way back, I decided to take a direct bus from the university hospital stop next door to Morioka Station.) It would have been helpful if the snow clearing on the steps leading to the hotel entrance had been more thorough. The powdery snow made it difficult for my family to get up the steps, which was a bit inconvenient. The large public bath was spacious and very refreshing. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be nice to have some toner provided in the room.

 we stayed in  a 2-bed room for 7 nights . The room was spotless and clean. Buffet Breakfasts was typical Japanese style and adequate with slight variations each day. Staff were polite but we didn’t require any extra service. The room was tiny and felt cramped - perhaps 12 square metres   Little space for 2 suitcases and just 6 coat hangers for our thick puffer jackets. Bathroom has 1 single hook only, no grab handle in the bathtub cum shower : a trip hazard. However 2 big supermarkets within 10 minutes‘walk and a MacDonald opening on December 11.

Overall is good

Everything is good, but the best thing is that there is a large public bath and you can enjoy the hot spring atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a rather remote area, and the parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to use the paid parking lot. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate luggage. The public bath is open until 2 a.m., which is convenient.

The hotel is in the same area as the university hospital. It seems that the parking area can be shared. There are some restaurants near the hotel, but not many. We bought food from a convenience store to eat. There is a microwave to use. There is ice to eat. If you don't have chopsticks, you can ask the staff for some. The room is clean and tidy. There is a table suitable for eating. There is enough space to open a big suitcase. The bed is warm and comfortable. The TV can be turned left and right (but I don't know why it has to be turned).

There's a large supermarket near the hotel, and free parking is available. The breakfast selection is decent. The bathroom in the room is quite small, but it can easily accommodate two large suitcases. The hotel is quite new.

It was nice that there was a large public bath and all the amenities were in the room, but there was no drinking water and I had to go to the vending machine on the first floor to buy it, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, it was far from the station (lol).

The cleaning staff's response when we were late was terrible.

The transportation is convenient. There are parking spaces for 2 people. There is a supermarket nearby for shopping. It is not far from Morioka. There are also many attractions nearby such as Koiwai Farm and Shizukuishi Park. It is really good.
