Hampton Inn Jonesville/Elkin

Under renovation at the time of our visit, but our room was finished and was very good. The bathroom was a wet room and had 2 shower heads.

Friendly staff, clean room. Skimpy toiletries compared to other Hampton properties. Renovations ongoing, so main entrance and pool were unavailable. With no main entrance, hallway doors weren't locked as posted.

Excellent stay. Friendly and capable staff: front desk, housekeeping cleaner and breakfast cook. Nice room, recently renovated. Construction was a distraction but properly marked and cordoned off. Overall 5 stars.

Only had coffee. No breakfast. I did take a look, and it all looked good! Room was clean and bed was nice which is what we expect from Hampton!

Nice location and staff, but hotel is being remodeled so limited parking. Breakfast was fine and we had popcorn/cookies/water available when we arrived. Bed not as comfortable as most Hamptons. Not quite the value for the price paid.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was terrific, and they make dogs (pets) and their people feel quite welcome.

Breakfast was awesome! Staff were awesome. Room was great. The parking with the construction was tricky after dark. Full lot. But understandable.

Facility was in good condition relative to the significant construction underway. This also limited parking convenience and fitness center was closed. Room very clean and in good condition. Breakfast was fresh and good.

The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers.
