Yunya International Hotel

This standalone hotel is really great. Upon check-in, the staff proactively greeted me and escorted me to the elevator. I even got a complimentary room upgrade. When I checked out, they gave me milk and bread. Their service was consistently friendly and made me feel right at home. A big shout-out to the front desk staff! The room was also spacious and very clean. Even the cleaning staff I encountered in the hallways greeted me politely. I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next business trip!

This time I brought my baby to Bifengxia and stayed at the Yun Ya Hotel. I was very satisfied with the service and facilities. They even upgraded our room for free. The service was excellent and parking was very convenient.

The facilities are a bit old, but clean. Parking is convenient, and the service is warm and friendly. It's right next to a food street, and the surrounding area is upscale. Compared to the Atour nearby, the price is much more affordable, offering great value for money. Just a couple of suggestions: 1. The toilet seat was a bit crooked, and the showerhead wasn't very convenient to use. 2. The duvet was a bit too thick.

The receptionist quietly upgraded our room. The bed was huge, made from two single beds pushed together. It was excellent value for money, and there was no problem sleeping with a child. The room was spacious and extremely good value for money. It was the cheapest hotel we booked during our trip to Western Sichuan, but it was fantastic!

The room was very clean and lakeside. The hotel breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. Considering the price per room, the room was great value for money. They even gave us fruit when we left, which was very kind of them. During my check-in, they helped me print several documents, which was a huge help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

The service was excellent, and the environment was elegant, comfortable, and cozy.

The environment and hotel facilities were mediocre and not worth the price. The TV in the room didn't work that night, and the Wi-Fi was connected to another room. Over 300 yuan was too expensive.

Just like last year, I returned to Chengdu from Yunnan in March and stopped by Ya'an in the early morning to rest for one night. I booked a room at one o'clock. The front desk lady called us in advance and said she would be there soon and waited for us. We arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the morning and upgraded our room type for free. The hotel parking lot is next to the elevator on the underground first floor. It is very convenient. It will be the best choice for future visits to Ya'an. There are also many places to eat downstairs.
