Ya'an Yuanjing Youchao Residence Hotel (Xikang Commercial Plaza Branch)

It's rare for me to leave a bad review, but the shower water temperature kept fluctuating between cold and hot, making it impossible to wash properly. The projector was also useless; not only was it a cheap knock-off, but the brightness was ridiculously dim. Even with all the lights off, you couldn't see anything. If you're traveling with kids, definitely avoid this place – it's a guaranteed eye strain!

Staying at the Ya'an Yuanjing Youchao Hotel was such a warm experience! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and checked us in super fast. They even thoughtfully recommended a walking route along the Qingyi River and local delicacies. The room was spotlessly clean, and when we had an issue and called housekeeping, they responded instantly. My stay in Ya'an felt even more comfortable than being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍

The Horizon Ucha Hotel really stands out with its unique decor. The front desk even upgraded our room and offered us complimentary tea and snacks, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Peaceful Service: First-class The breakfast was great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are very responsible. The afternoon tea is quite unique, and paired with the sunshine, it's very relaxing. All aspects of the hotel are great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The stay was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk service was also great. The large projector was perfect for watching shows, very satisfied.

The hotel reception was incredibly welcoming. What really surprised me was how spacious and comfortable the common areas were; there were public lounge zones every so often where you could read, or four or five people could comfortably sit and chat. The hotel is also very quiet. Even with the windows open on the upper floors, you can only hear a faint hum of cars, which is extremely minimal and won't disturb your sleep at all. If you close the windows, you won't hear any noise whatsoever. From the 16th floor, the panoramic view of the bustling city and distant mountains is fantastic. This place is truly excellent, highly recommended!
