The Longshan Hotel was a great hotel for people wanting to easily access the skiing facilities around the Jiawang area as it was located just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the ski slopes. The hotel itself was really clean with excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Although the swimming pool was closed, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hot spring was available to use at a discounted price for hotel guests and that it was open late till 9:30 so it was the perfect way to relax after a day out skiing or hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

最近幾年春節回老家都預訂這家酒店，客服人員服務態度誠懇熱情，環境衞生乾淨整潔利落，前幾次來沒去游泳館，節前帶兒子去遊了大半小時，水温28度左右，比在市裡游泳館遊的更舒服，這次來入住泡完室外温泉又汗蒸，回到房間客服人員又免費贈送的水果盤，飲料和特產小孩酥，時間三個小時夠了，沒來的及游泳，下次早些時間入住，游泳，泡温泉，再汗蒸，舒舒服服睡個自然醒，放鬆身心，最好帶本書，吃完早飯回房間躺在太陽下看看書，讓心歸零，遠離喧囂，一次很愉快的度假體驗！

整體的服務非常好！室內室外都有不同的温泉，室內還有小童遊樂設施。酒店服務也非常好，泡温泉回來發現服務人員把襪子都給洗好了，非常感動和感謝！還有歡迎水果飲料！早餐也比較豐盛，服務也非常好！五星好評！以後還會再來！

五一帶兒子去山東旅行，路過徐州住的這家酒店，驚艷到的不僅是氣派的園林建築，還有熱情的服務，這家酒店的很多員工年齡偏大，但是真的服務很好，既熱情又真誠，尤其在用餐中，點單時有個閆姓大姐看我是北方人，特別提醒餐品的配菜，有那個菜品中含主食，看我吃的那個餅不是很習慣，還送了一碗小米粥給我，真的非常貼心，回房後酸奶和小水果，還有暖心的管家問候便簽，滿滿的幸福感。謝謝啦
